How to cancel your Dondi AI subscription

Cancel Dondi AI step by step

1. Open account settings in app.dondi.ai
2. Turn off renewal / cancel the subscription
3. Access continues through the paid term; or email support@dondi.ai to cancel

Take a screenshot once renewal is off, or keep the reply if you cancelled by email. Subscriptions renew automatically with the card on file, so cancel a few days before the renewal date to be safe.

If you cannot find the renewal switch, email support@dondi.ai from the address on your account. Ask them to cancel the subscription and turn off automatic renewal, give the date of your last payment, and ask for written confirmation. The terms list email as a valid way to cancel, so the reply is your proof.

The 24-hour refund window

Dondi's terms allow a subscription refund request within 24 hours of payment, but only if usage is minimal and the payment method is eligible. Token purchases can be refunded within 24 hours if the tokens are unused. After that there are no partial refunds for unused time, and no refunds for moderation actions, bans or platform changes.

What happens to your tokens

The terms say unused plan tokens expire at the end of the subscription period, so spend your monthly 200 before the term ends. Token packs you bought separately never expire and do not change your plan. Cancelling does not delete your account or characters.

Avoid a chargeback unless the payment was not yours: the terms say a chargeback may cancel the subscription and forfeit your tokens.

Deleting your Dondi AI data

No self-serve delete button is described. The privacy policy lets you request deletion of your personal data where the law requires, through support@dondi.ai. Cancel first, then send the request from your account email and ask for confirmation. If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are payment methods at Dondi's own checkout, not App Store or Google Play subscriptions. The subscription is with Dondi, so it will not appear in your Apple or Google subscription list; cancel it in Dondi's account settings or by email. An App Store app called "Dondi" is published by DONDITECH SAS, a different company, so a subscription to that app must be cancelled with Apple.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Dondi charges appear as "Dondi" on your statement. If you did not sign up, contact support@dondi.ai with the date and amount, and ask your card issuer to block the card.
