Check which processor billed you: your card statement or confirmation email names Segpay or Rocketgate. Cancel well before the renewal date, because every DreamBF plan renews at a much higher price than the first period: roughly double for the monthly plan and more than four times for the yearly one. DreamBF has no official App Store or Google Play app, so there is no store subscription to cancel.

Can you get a refund from DreamBF?

Very rarely. The refund policy says subscription fees and transactions are not refunded unless consumer protection law requires it. The membership policy adds:

No refund for any part of a membership once you have chatted with an AI boyfriend, generated photos, sent messages or used credits.
No refund on 3-month or 12-month plans once they have been used.

The terms say refunds may be granted at the company's discretion, so if a renewal went through by mistake and you have not used it, contact support@dreamgf.ai straight away and say so.

What happens to your tokens and boyfriends

A common surprise is a renewal at the higher price after a cheap first month or year, or a token pack bought with one click.
