How to cancel FantasyGF and when you can get a refund

Cancel FantasyGF step by step

1. Log in and open Account Settings
2. Click the Unsubscribe button
3. Subscription stays active to the end of the current billing period; or email hello@fantasygf.com to cancel

Cancel a couple of days before the renewal date and keep the confirmation. If you email instead, send it from the address on your account and keep the reply. The lifetime plan does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

FantasyGF refunds

The terms set two rules. Subscriptions can be refunded only before the next billing period starts, with no refunds for part of a period. One-off purchases, such as tokens and content packs, are refunded case by case within 7 days, and only if the content was not accessed, a technical problem blocks access, or the purchase was a mistake you reported straight away.

If you paid through the Google Play app

A Google Play app called "FantasyGF - AI Roleplay Chat" is published by an unrelated developer, not by the company behind fantasygf.com. If your receipt came from Google, that is the app you paid, and you cancel it in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. The FantasyGF website cannot cancel or refund it; ask Google or that developer instead.

Tokens, characters and chats after canceling

FantasyGF's terms do not say whether unused tokens survive the end of a subscription, or what a lapsed account keeps. Plan as if you lose access to paid features the day the period ends:

• Spend the tokens you have on calls or pictures before the renewal date.
• Save any pictures or clips you want to keep.
• Copy out character descriptions you wrote, in case you rebuild them elsewhere.
• Do not buy a token top-up in the final days; one-off purchases are refunded only if unused and within 7 days.

If you come back later, a new subscription starts at the current price, and the first-payment token discount does not apply again.

Deleting your FantasyGF account

After canceling, you can delete the account from Account Settings. FantasyGF may ask you to verify your identity, and EEA and UK users can make a GDPR deletion request as well. The privacy policy says data is then deleted or irreversibly anonymized, except what the law requires it to keep. Our FantasyGF safety page covers the rest of its privacy terms.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

FantasyGF does not publish the name that appears on card statements. If you cannot place a charge, search your inboxes for a FantasyGF receipt, including any account created with Google, X or Discord, then email hello@fantasygf.com before the next billing period starts, while a refund is still possible. Renewals fall on the same date each period, so note the day you signed up.
