Check your receipt email to see who took the payment. If it came from CCBill, cancelling on GirlfriendGPT may not stop CCBill's billing, so cancel in CCBill. Card, Pay by Bank and other payments are managed on the Manage subscription page. Cancel a day or more before renewal to be safe.

Can you get a GirlfriendGPT refund?

The terms say there are no refunds for paid subscriptions except in limited cases, such as a mistake by the company or a technical issue. Requests are reviewed case by case and, if approved, paid within 14 days. CCBill purchases must be refunded through CCBill, and cancelling does not refund the unused part of your cycle.

Stricter consumer law where you live still applies. If you think you qualify, contact support through the support page or Discord with the date and amount. Our guide to cancelling AI girlfriend subscriptions compares refund rules.

What happens to your coins and messages

Monthly message credits reset each cycle and do not carry over, so any left when the plan ends are gone. The site does not say whether unspent coins survive a cancelled plan, so spend the ones you want before the cycle ends. After that, the account is back to the free limits.

Deleting your GirlfriendGPT account

The pages we read describe no delete button. The privacy policy says you can ask for your personal data to be deleted, and withdrawing consent leads to account deletion "in a timely manner". Cancel first, then ask support in writing. Data is usually kept for 6 years after you stop being a user; more on that in is GirlfriendGPT safe.

If you paid through Apple or Google

GirlfriendGPT has no App Store or Google Play app, so no store subscription is involved. Even if you use the Android APK or the installed web app, payments go through the website or CCBill, and are cancelled there. Uninstalling the app does not cancel anything.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

GirlfriendGPT does not publish its statement name. A charge may come from NextDay AI or from CCBill or TrustPay, which process payments for many sites. Search your email for a GirlfriendGPT or CCBill receipt, then contact support. If you are leaving, see GirlfriendGPT alternatives or our GirlfriendGPT review.
