How to cancel My Lovely AI and ask for a refund

Cancel My Lovely AI step by step

These steps come from the site's account pages and terms, checked on 29 September 2026:

1. Open Settings (User Profile) and go to the Billing section (Subscription Data)
2. Choose Terminate Access to cancel the subscription
3. Decline the 20% and 40% retention offers with "I still want to cancel"
4. Press Confirm Cancellation; premium stays active until the end of the current billing period

The two offers are shown one after the other: 20% off your next month, then a final 40% off. If you only want to save money, the 40% offer is a real discount; if you want to leave, click past both. Look for a confirmation on screen or by email, and check that the Billing section shows the plan ending.

Canceling the 2-day trial

The trial pass lasts two days and then renews at $19.99 a month. Cancel it with the same steps above before the two days are up; the safest time is right after you buy it, since access continues to the end of the period anyway. Refunds

Section 5.2 of the terms sets the rules:

• EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days and get the fee back, less unrecoverable processor fees, if they have not used any premium features or credits. Using the service waives that right, and checkout asks you to confirm this.
• Everyone else may get a refund if they ask within 24 hours of purchase and have barely used the service, at the company's discretion.
• Crypto payments are generally not refunded.

What happens to your tokens and creations

Unused tokens roll over only while a subscription is active, so plan to spend them before the period ends. Paid plans keep creations permanently, while free-plan creations are kept for 7 days, so download any images or videos you want before your plan ends. Your account and characters stay in place after canceling unless you delete them.

Deleting your My Lovely AI account

Cancel first, then delete. The path is Settings, Danger Zone, Delete Account. The account locks at once and is permanently deleted after 72 hours, and you can undo it within that window. Deleting does not cancel billing with the payment provider, which is why the order matters.

If you paid through Google Play, G2A or crypto

My Lovely AI has no official App Store or Google Play app. If Google Play shows a subscription to "My Lovely: Feel Real AI Chat", that is a different developer's app; cancel it in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. G2A codes and crypto are paid up front, but check the Billing section anyway so nothing renews on a saved card.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, remember the descriptor is generic, often the processor's name. Check your email for a receipt before contacting your bank.
