Is My Lovely AI safe and legit? The company, privacy and billing

Who runs My Lovely AI

The terms name PROMPTREPUBLIC S.L., Av Juan Antonio Samaranch 0051, Madrid 28055, Spain, company number B21965884. Spanish law and the courts of Madrid govern the contract, and complaints about data can go to Spain's data regulator, the AEPD. Here are the key facts from its terms and privacy policy, checked on 29 September 2026:

Support is at support@mylovely.ai, and the contact page promises a reply within 24 hours. The site says it has more than 500,000 users; that is its own figure, not one we can check.

Billing and what shows on your statement

The premium FAQ says charges appear under a generic descriptor, usually related to digital services or the payment processor, without the site's name or content, and the premium page says there is "no adult transaction in your bank statement". You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, crypto (Bitcoin, USDT or Ether), G2A gift cards and codes, or local methods in some regions.

Privacy: training, sharing and encryption

This is the part to read before you sign up. The terms and privacy policy allow your prompts, messages and AI output to be used to improve the service and its AI, including training, with limited review by staff or vendors. EU users can opt out by emailing support@mylovely.ai with the subject line "Model Improvement Opt-Out".

The company's own pages disagree with each other. The About page and FAQ claim end-to-end encryption and say data is never shared. The privacy policy describes encryption in transit, sharing with processors (hosting, payments, age checks, analytics, moderation and more) and possible transfers outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. Trust the policy, because it is the legal document.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account. The account is locked at once and permanently deleted after 72 hours, and you can cancel the deletion within that window. Billing records are kept after deletion for legal reasons.

Age checks and content rules

My Lovely AI is 18+ only. The privacy policy lists an 18+ age attestation and, where the law requires, a pass or fail result from a third-party verification provider; it says full ID documents are not stored unless legally required. The terms say access can be refused if you fail or decline a check.

Adult roleplay and AI images are allowed. The terms ban anything involving minors or young-looking characters, deepfakes of real people without consent, non-consensual or violent content, exploitation, hate, harassment and attempts to bypass filters or age gates. Reviews, lookalike apps and reported problems

Two things can mislead you when you research My Lovely AI:

• Incentivised reviews. Premium missions reward tokens for leaving reviews on Trustpilot, F6S and There's An AI For That, and for Reddit posts. Weigh those reviews accordingly.
• A different app on Google Play. "My Lovely: Feel Real AI Chat" is published by a different developer, with its privacy policy on another domain. My Lovely AI has no official App Store or Google Play app.

• If you are in the EU, send the "Model Improvement Opt-Out" email on day one.
• Keep your name, workplace and photos of real people out of prompts.
• Turn on private generations (Premium Plus) if you do not want images visible to others.
• Set a reminder before the trial or plan renews.
• Cancel billing before deleting the account.
