Is DreamGF safe and legit? What to check before you pay

Who runs DreamGF

DreamGF's terms name DreamAI SRL, Str. C. C. Arion 11, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registration number 48479324. Romanian law governs the terms. The same company runs DreamBF.ai, the boyfriend version, covered on our DreamBF review. Here are the facts from its policies, checked on 29 September 2026:

Support is at contact@dreamgf.ai or support@dreamgf.ai, through tickets after login, and on Discord, from 06:00 to 22:00 UTC daily. Users without a subscription can open one ticket a day. Complaints are resolved within 7 business days, according to its complaint policy.

Billing and what shows on your statement

The pricing page promises "100% Privacy (No adult transactions on bank statements)". Cards are processed by Rocketgate or Segpay, and DreamGF says it never sees or stores your card details. It does not list crypto or PayPal, and its roadmap said in January 2024 that American Express and Discover were not accepted.

A charge may show a processor's name rather than DreamGF. Two billing rules deserve attention: token packs are charged to your saved card the moment you click one, and a former buyer's account can be charged a $1.99 monthly maintenance fee under the membership policy. Privacy and chat data

The homepage FAQ says chats are private and encrypted. The privacy policy, from DreamAI SRL as controller under the GDPR, says:

• data goes to suppliers for hosting and IT (DigitalOcean is named), accounting, legal and financial services, and to payment processors;
• staff may review your chats only if you report a problem to support;
• sensitive details you volunteer, such as sexual orientation, are not given to third parties;
• Google Analytics and advertising cookies are used.

The policy does not say whether chats train its AI. The terms also give DreamAI a permanent, royalty-free license to content you upload. Our guide on whether AI girlfriend apps read your chats explains what to look for in a policy like this.

Deleting your DreamGF account

The membership policy says you can delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data and deactivates the profile. You can also email contact@dreamgf.ai to ask for erasure or a copy of your data; the privacy policy promises a reply within 30 days.

Deleting matters more on DreamGF than on most apps, because it is the way to avoid the maintenance fee on a dormant paid account. Our account deletion guide has a checklist.

Age checks and content rules

DreamGF is 18+ only: there is an age gate on entry and an 18+ checkbox at registration. Since 25 July 2025, some features need age verification for UK users, though the method is not stated; see our age verification guide for how UK checks usually work.

The chat model is described as uncensored for adults. Banned content includes anything involving or resembling minors, content resembling real people or impersonating celebrities, illegal content, hate speech and self-harm promotion. Tricking the AI into forbidden output can end your account. You cannot upload your own images; generation stays within DreamGF's set categories, which reduces the risk of deepfakes.

The fake DreamGF apps and chargebacks

DreamGF has no official native app. Two App Store listings use its name: "DreamGF - AI Companion" (seller AvaCasa, LLC, whose privacy policy names AvaCasa as operator) and "DreamGF - My AI Friend" (seller Van Hong Nguyen). Neither is from DreamAI SRL, and we found no DreamAI SRL app on Google Play. Use dreamgf.ai in your browser.

DreamGF also has a chargeback policy: if a chargeback is found fraudulent or unsubstantiated, you may have to pay the chargeback fees and your account can be suspended. Try support first. How to use DreamGF safely

• Use the free trial first; it needs no card.
• Pick a plan on its renewal price, and put the renewal date in your calendar.
• Decline the "+100 tokens every month" offer unless you accept a 30-day cancel lock.
• Delete your account when you stop using it, to avoid the maintenance fee.
• Only use dreamgf.ai, not App Store apps with its name.
