How to cancel DreamGF before it renews

Cancel DreamGF step by step

DreamGF does not publish click-by-click steps. These rules come from its membership policy and the Billing Support panel on the site, checked on 29 September 2026:

1. Cancel the membership at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and is not charged again (membership policy)
2. Site Billing Support panel: Segpay subscribers manage billing at https://cs.segpay.com
3. Site Billing Support panel: Rocketgate subscribers contact support@dreamgf.ai
4. If you accepted the "+100 instant tokens and +100 tokens every month" offer, you cannot cancel for 30 days from accepting

Start with your account's billing or membership settings. If you cannot find a cancel button, the Billing Support panel tells you which route fits your payment processor. Your first card receipt shows whether you paid through Segpay or Rocketgate. Keep the confirmation, and check your card before the next renewal date.

Why timing matters on DreamGF

Every DreamGF plan renews at a higher price than the first payment, because discounts apply to the first period only. The monthly plan renews at roughly double its first month, and the annual plan at more than four times its first year. Cancel a few days before the renewal date, not on the day. Can you get a refund from DreamGF?

Rarely. The refund policy says no refunds for subscription fees or transactions unless consumer protection law requires it. The membership policy adds that nothing is refunded once you have used AI girlfriends, generated photos, sent messages or consumed credits, and that 3-month and 12-month plans are not refunded once used. The terms leave room for discretionary refunds.

If you believe you were charged wrongly, open a support ticket first. DreamGF's chargeback policy says a chargeback found to be fraudulent or unsubstantiated can leave you paying the chargeback fees, with the account suspended. Tokens, data and the maintenance fee

DreamGF's roadmap says unused credits stay in your account. Canceling does not delete your companions or chats. But leaving an old paid account open has a cost: the membership policy lets DreamGF charge former buyers $1.99 a month to keep an account active.

So if you are done with DreamGF, cancel, use up what you want, then delete the account. Deleting permanently removes your data and avoids the fee.

Deleting your DreamGF account

The membership policy says you can delete your account at any time. You can also email contact@dreamgf.ai to ask for erasure under the GDPR; the privacy policy promises a reply within 30 days. Cancel the membership first so nothing renews. More on data and billing is on our DreamGF safety page.

If you paid through Apple or Google

DreamGF does not sell through the App Store or Google Play. If your iPhone shows a subscription to "DreamGF - AI Companion" or "DreamGF - My AI Friend", that is an app from another company (AvaCasa, LLC or Van Hong Nguyen). Cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, and ask Apple for any refund.

If a charge looks unfamiliar and you did use DreamGF, it may carry the Segpay or Rocketgate name, since DreamGF says no adult wording appears.
