OurDream AI pricing is one plan on two terms: $19.99 month to month, or $9.99 a month on the annual plan, charged as $119.88 once a year. Both include unlimited messages on the standard models and 1,000 dreamcoins a month for pictures, video and calls, and the annual plan adds 1,000 bonus coins at the start.

There is no cheaper tier and no free plan, so the only choice is how you pay. The annual plan is charged in full on day one and not again for 12 months, which the help center stresses because people expect a monthly charge. Subscription coins arrive at 2pm Eastern time on your renewal date.

The monthly 1,000 coins works out to about 20 minutes of voice calls, or 200 pictures in chat, or 50 seconds of standard video, if spent on one thing. Most people mix: 100 pictures and 10 minutes of calls uses the lot. Video adds up fastest, since longer clips and audio on video (20 coins a second) cost extra.
Two smaller costs catch people out. The Genius and Lively Genius chat models cost 1 coin per reply, even for subscribers, and premium narration voices cost 5 coins per paragraph. Coins do not expire, but you cannot buy more without an active subscription.
Building your own character costs 10 coins, which includes its first 2 pictures, and a character's full community pack of pictures and videos costs 250, 750 or 1,000 coins depending on its size.
Annual vs monthly: which to pick
The annual plan brings the price from $19.99 to $9.99 a month and adds 1,000 bonus coins, so a first year gets 13,000 coins against 12,000 on twelve monthly payments. That is the better deal once you know you will stay.
The refund rules make the choice less obvious than usual. Monthly plans are not refunded once their coins are used. Annual plans may get a full or partial refund, but not once more than 25% of the purchase is used. If you are unsure, a first month costs less to walk away from. Renewal, refunds and chargebacks
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Refunds are requested through the Request Help button on your profile page, with the product, charge date, amount and reason. Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days; crypto payments are never refunded. Defects reported within 14 days are handled case by case, and users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which may be lost once the service has been fully provided.

Discounts, promo codes and coupons
OurDream publishes no coupon or promo code, and we know of no working one. The official savings are the annual plan and its 1,000 bonus coins on a first annual subscription. Free coins come only from referral codes and Discord competitions.
G2A sells redeem codes for a 1-year subscription or 1,000-coin packs. They are official products sold by third-party sellers, so compare the price with the checkout before buying. Otherwise you can pay by card or crypto; PayPal is not accepted, and OurDream does not publish what name appears on your statement.
