How to cancel OurDream AI without losing your pictures

To cancel OurDream AI, open your profile page, click Cancel subscription and confirm; you keep access, and can spend your coins, until the billing period ends. Download your pictures and videos first, because they are blurred once the plan lapses, and ask for any refund separately through Request Help, since canceling does not trigger one.

OurDream has no App Store or Google Play app, so every subscription is canceled on the website, including from a home-screen shortcut. Cancel at least a day before your renewal date, and keep a screenshot of the confirmation. If you are on the annual plan, remember it was charged in full on day one: canceling stops next year's charge, but it does not refund this one. A G2A redeem code buys a fixed term, so check the end date shown on your profile.

Before you cancel: save your media and spend your coins

When a subscription lapses, every picture and video you generated is blurred, along with any community packs you bought, and they only come back if you subscribe again. Download everything you want to keep while the plan is still active.

Coins are less clear-cut. One help article says dreamcoins do not expire; another says that reactivating after canceling starts a new subscription and does not restore your previous unused coins. How to get a refund from OurDream

Refunds are never automatic. Use the Request Help button on your profile page and give the product, charge date, amount and reason. The rules:

  • No refund once more than 25% of a purchase has been used.
  • Monthly plans are not refunded once their coins are used.
  • Annual plans may get a full or partial refund.
  • Crypto payments are never refunded.
  • Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days.
  • EEA, UK and Swiss users have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which may be lost once the service is fully provided.

After a refund, unused coins are removed and your media is blurred.

Deleting your OurDream account

Scroll to the "danger zone" at the bottom of your profile page and choose "delete my account", or email trust@ourdream.ai. Deletion takes 24 to 48 hours, cancels an active plan automatically, and permanently removes your generations, unpublished characters, chat history and unused coins, with no refund for the coins. If a charge looks unfamiliar

OurDream does not publish the name that appears on card statements. If you see a charge you cannot place, search your inboxes for an OurDream login code or receipt, then contact support@ourdream.ai. Go to support before your bank: the help center says filing a chargeback without contacting support first may get the account suspended.
