How to cancel Roger (ChatRoger), get a refund or delete your account

Cancel Roger Premium step by step

1. Go to your Account page
2. Open the Payment & Billing section
3. Click Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription
4. Premium stays active to the end of the billing period, then the account reverts to the free plan; credits are kept

The cancel flow may offer you free credits to stay. Accept if you want them, or decline and confirm. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end access early, and it does not delete anything. You can cancel from a phone browser the same way, since Roger is a web app with no store version.

Getting a refund

Roger's refund window is short. According to its refund policy:

• Email support@chatroger.com within 24 hours of the payment.
• Subscriptions are refused once more than 100 credits have been used.
• Credit packs are refused once any purchased credits have been used.
• Only card purchases qualify, and money takes 5 to 10 business days to reach your statement.
• No refunds for moderation actions or bans.

What happens to your credits and chats

After the paid period ends, the account drops to the free plan. Roger says credits never expire and are kept after cancelling, so monthly credits you did not use and any packs you bought are still there if you come back.

Free-plan limits return, so unlimited messages and live calls stop. Roger does not say what happens to a custom companion after Premium ends, so save anything you care about before the period runs out. Cancelling on its own does not delete your account.

Deleting your Roger account

To remove everything, use Delete account in account settings. Roger says this deletes your messages and conversation history, removes your profile and cancels any subscription. You can also delete single chats. For a formal privacy request, email privacy@chatroger.com with the subject "Privacy Data Request".

If you paid through Apple or Google

Roger has no App Store or Google Play app, so there is no store subscription to cancel. Every Premium plan is bought on the website by Visa or Mastercard and cancelled there, even if you added the site to your home screen. Deleting the home-screen icon does not cancel anything.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Roger charges show as Life AI Technologies LLC. If you see that name and do not remember signing up, check whether someone in your household used your card, then email support@chatroger.com. Contact support before your bank: the terms say a chargeback can pause the account while it is reviewed.
