How to cancel your CrushOn AI subscription and delete your account

Steps to cancel CrushOn AI

1. Go to Profile > My Subscription > Manage > Cancel Subscription
2. Cancel before the next billing date; access continues to the end of the current cycle
3. PayPal subscriptions: cancel auto-renewal from the subscription screen ("Successfully canceled auto-renewal")
4. SubscribeStar or Paymentwall: use Manage Subscription to open the billing site and cancel there

If you pay through Apple: For subscriptions bought through Apple (FAQ): Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > choose the CrushOn subscription > Cancel Subscription

If you pay through Google Play: For subscriptions bought through Google Play (FAQ): Play Store app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > choose the subscription > Cancel Subscription

Cancel before the billing date, since subscriptions renew on the same calendar day each month. CrushOn's FAQ covers App Store and Google Play subscriptions, but no official CrushOn app was found in either US store, so most people pay on the website. If you bought an annual plan with G2A or a one-time card option, it never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Can you get a refund from CrushOn AI?

No, in almost all cases. CrushOn's terms of service say:

• Usage fees are not refunded, and the current billing period is non-refundable.
• There are no partial refunds or credits for unused time, cancellations mid-cycle or downgrades.
• Upgrades and membership extensions are one-time and non-refundable.
• App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's or Google's refund rules.

The terms also warn that a chargeback filed for anything other than fraud can get your accounts and cards blocked. If you think you were charged in error, email support@crushon.ai first.

What happens to your credits, characters and chats

After the paid period ends, your account returns to the free plan: 100 message credits a month for the Pro models, unlimited free models, 8K memory and 200 stored messages per character. Chatting with NSFW characters stops, since it needs a subscription.

Your characters and chats stay on the account until you delete it. If you had a higher plan that stored more messages per character, older messages beyond the free limit may no longer be kept, so copy anything you want before the plan ends. How to delete your CrushOn AI account

Cancel your subscription first: accounts with an active subscription cannot be deleted. Then go to Profile, Settings, Delete Account and accept the deletion agreement. If you log back in within 3 days, the deletion is canceled, and the account settings say data is permanently deleted after 30 days.

Deletion removes your characters, search history, chat logs, favorites, memories and order records, and you lose any coins, diamonds and membership time. If a CrushOn charge looks unfamiliar

CrushOn does not publish the name that appears on statements, and it uses several processors, so the charge may show under SubscribeStar, Paymentwall, PayPal or a card processor. Search your email for a receipt from any of them, and check your PayPal automatic payments.

If the charge is yours, cancel so it does not repeat, then ask support@crushon.ai about it. File a chargeback only for real fraud, given the terms' warning about blocked accounts and cards.
