CrushOn is one of the busiest sites in this category, with about 41 million visits in August 2026 according to Semrush. Scale is not proof of good practice, but it is not a site that will vanish overnight. Privacy: CrushOn may train AI on your chats

This is the point to weigh most. CrushOn's privacy policy says: "We may use User Content from character chats to train AI models." It adds that chat content is used "in a general way" and is not linked to specific users. Most apps we track either say they do not train on chats or say nothing, so this is a clear difference.

CrushOn shares data with vendors and service providers, affiliates, advertising platforms (third-party tracking kits in its app, plus Google Analytics and Tag Manager for remarketing), a buyer if the business is sold, and authorities when it believes disclosure is required. Billing, refunds and chargebacks

CrushOn takes cards, PayPal, crypto, SubscribeStar, Paymentwall and G2A codes. It publishes no statement name and makes no discreet billing promise, so a card or PayPal charge may be recognizable. Crypto and G2A are one-time annual payments that never renew.

Refunds are not offered: the current billing period is non-refundable, with no partial refunds for unused time or downgrades. The terms also say a chargeback filed for anything other than fraud can get your accounts and cards blocked. Pay monthly until you are sure. Age checks and content rules

CrushOn is for adults only. Turning on the Unfiltered switch shows an "I'm over 18" confirmation, and restricted content can require adult verification: a small payment with a card in your own name, or a free selfie or ID check through Didit, which says it does not store document images, or AgeGo.

Its community guidelines allow unfiltered adult roleplay for adults, but ban characters who are minors or not clearly adults (including "aged-up" characters), realistic images of real people, explicit images in character pictures and profiles, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech and promotion of self-harm. Fake CrushOn apps and APKs

CrushOn's terms mention apps, but no CrushOn-branded app was found on the US App Store or Google Play in our research. Its own app-links file names an Android package that is not on Google Play and a separate app called JollyChatter. A Google Play app called "CrushOn Ai: Free App Advices" is an unofficial guide from another developer, not CrushOn.

Deleting your account, and using CrushOn safely

To delete your account, cancel any subscription first, because accounts with an active plan cannot be deleted. Then go to Profile, Settings, Delete Account and accept the deletion agreement. Logging back in within 3 days cancels the deletion, and the account settings say data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Coins, diamonds and any membership are lost.

We found no published report of a data breach or fine involving CrushOn AI when we checked in September 2026. To use it safely, keep your real name, address and photos out of chats, assume chats can train AI models, publish characters only if you are happy for others to see them, and never file a chargeback without contacting support first.
