How to cancel your HeyGF subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, so cancel a few days before your renewal date and screenshot the confirmation. HeyGF runs in the browser, so these steps are the same on a phone or a computer.

If the cancel option does not appear, email contact@heygf.ai from the address on your account. Ask them to cancel the subscription and stop renewals, give the date of your last payment, and keep the reply as proof.

If you only want to spend less, remember that every paid tier includes unlimited messages; the higher tiers only add coins. Check whether your settings let you move to Casual before cancelling outright. HeyGF's pages do not describe how downgrades work, so confirm the new price before you switch.

Refunds

The terms give no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. Coin packs and custom media are one-time purchases and are final. Refunds are possible case by case for billing errors or service faults, at the company's discretion: email contact@heygf.ai with the date and amount.

Timed flash offers, such as extra coins for 15 minutes, are one-time purchases too, so a coin pack bought just before you cancel cannot be returned. Our HeyGF pricing page explains why starting month to month costs less if you are unsure.

What happens to your coins and galleries

Until the period ends, you keep unlimited messages, your coins and, on annual plans, the full photo galleries. HeyGF's pages do not say whether unused coins survive after the plan ends, so spend them first. Deleting your HeyGF account and data

1. Cancel the subscription as above.
2. Delete the account from Settings. This closes it, but HeyGF keeps a record including your email for fraud prevention, billing and legal duties.
3. For permanent erasure, including data from Google sign-in, email privacy@heygf.ai from your account address. Requests are completed within 30 days, except data the law requires HeyGF to keep.

If you paid through Apple or Google

HeyGF has no App Store or Google Play app in our data; it runs in the browser, and plans are paid by card on the website. Cancel on the website as above. An Apple or Google receipt with a similar name belongs to a different app and must be cancelled in your Apple or Google subscriptions.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

HeyGF's charges do not mention "AI girlfriend", and the exact statement name is not published. Search your email for a HeyGF receipt with the same amount and date. If you did not sign up, email contact@heygf.ai and ask your card issuer to block the card.
