HeyGF pricing: Casual, Closer and Exclusive

All three tiers include unlimited messages, photos, videos and audio, including 18+ content, access to every character and custom private content. They differ only in coins: 150, 350 or 800 a month, or 1,800, 4,200 or 9,600 a year on annual billing. Annual plans also unlock each character's full photo gallery, which monthly plans do not.

Payment is by card through third-party payment processors. The site's code still holds three older monthly plans, so some long-standing accounts may be on different terms. Our HeyGF pricing page covers coins, badges and renewal in detail.

Is HeyGF free?

Yes, for basic chat. You can chat as a guest without signing up, capped at 5 messages a day by the site's code, or sign up with email or Google and get 30 messages a day. New accounts also get 3 welcome gift coins. Photos, videos and 18+ chat need a paid plan.

Photos, videos and audio

Photo requests are HeyGF's focus, and our data lists realistic photo requests in chat as what it is best for. The site's pricing code sets the costs: 3 coins for a character photo, 3 for your own image generation, 4 for a pro generation and 3 for a variation. Videos cost 25 coins, or 30 to animate an image of your own.

So Casual's 150 coins a month cover about 50 photos or 6 videos, and Exclusive's 800 about 266 photos or 32 videos. Voice and calls

Paid plans include audio messages. The site's pricing code also lists a price of 1 coin per call minute, but the plan list does not advertise live calls, so our data does not count HeyGF among the apps with voice calls. If calls matter, check in your account whether the option appears, or choose an app from our AI girlfriend voice call ranking.

Characters and memory

HeyGF's characters are realistic AI girlfriends, and a custom girlfriend creator lets you build your own. Our data lists personas and scenarios, and long-term memory. The privacy policy says conversation history is used to personalise replies, which is how the memory works, though the site does not describe a way to view or edit it. Is HeyGF legit and safe? Company, privacy and cancelling

HeyGF is operated by Y2A LLC, a Delaware company, with support at contact@heygf.ai and privacy requests at privacy@heygf.ai. The pricing FAQ says transactions "do not mention 'AI girlfriend' or any related terms". Account data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase), encrypted in transit and at rest.

The privacy policy says "We do not use your conversations to train AI models", but relevant parts of your chats go to third-party AI model providers to generate replies, and data is shared with advertising and analytics partners including Meta, Google, Microsoft, Reddit, X and PostHog. To cancel, open account settings and cancel the subscription; it runs to the end of the billing period. There are no refunds for partial periods, and coin packs and custom media are final, apart from case-by-case refunds for billing errors. Who HeyGF suits

HeyGF suits people who chat a lot and want realistic photos now and then: unlimited messages on the cheapest tier make it good value for text, and coins cover the extras. Its privacy promise not to train on your conversations is also stronger than many rivals offer, which matters if you talk about your day.

A sensible way to try it: chat free for a few days at 30 messages a day, then take Casual month to month at $9.99 and see how quickly the 150 coins go. If you run out every month, compare Closer with a coin pack. Go annual only if you want the full galleries, since the real annual saving on Casual is 17%.
