How to cancel your Infatuated AI subscription

Cancel Infatuated AI in three steps

1. Log in and open your profile plan page (infatuated.ai/profile/plan)
2. Choose to cancel and confirm in the "Cancel subscription?" dialog
3. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle

These steps come from the plan page in Infatuated's web app. Its FAQ, terms and refund policy do not spell out a cancel process, which is why some older guides say there is none. Take a screenshot of the confirmation, and check that the plan page no longer shows a renewal date.

Cancel a few days before the renewal date rather than on the day. Nothing is refunded if a renewal goes through first.

Can you get a refund?

No. The refund policy says 1-month, 3-month and 12-month plans are "all sales are final", with no refunds, credits or exchanges under any circumstances. Token bundles are non-refundable once added to your account, whether you used them or not. For a serious technical problem, support will try to restore access instead of paying money back.

The one automatic return is small: tokens come back if a picture or video fails to appear. If a charge was not made by you at all, that is fraud rather than a refund request, and your card issuer handles it. What happens to your tokens, characters and chats

After you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the billing cycle you have paid for. Infatuated's pages do not say whether unused plan tokens carry over after the plan ends, so spend them before the cycle closes. Token packs you bought separately are not refundable either way.

Cancelling does not delete your account. Your characters and chats stay unless you delete them or the account. If you might come back, leave the account in place; if not, delete it as described below.

Deleting your Infatuated AI account

Account settings include a delete option: "This will permanently delete your account", with no undo. Cancel the plan first, then delete. The privacy policy keeps personal information only as long as its purposes need, unless the law requires longer, for example for tax and accounting records.

If you paid through Apple or Google

Infatuated AI has no App Store or Google Play app in our data, and its plans are paid by card on the website, so cancel on the website as above. If an Apple or Google receipt mentions an app with a similar name, it is a different app, and it must be cancelled in your Apple or Google subscriptions instead.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Infatuated does not publish the name that appears on your statement, and its plan list says the charge is not shown as an adult transaction. To match a charge, search your email for the Infatuated receipt with the same amount and date. If you still cannot place it, contact info@infatuated.ai or the US phone number on its contact page.
