Who runs Infatuated AI

The contact page lists Cogito Sum LLC at 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware, with a US phone number and info@infatuated.ai, and Pixelate LTD in Limassol, Cyprus, with a Cypriot VAT number. The site footer names a third entity, Infatuated, Inc., and the terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.

Three names and a fourth jurisdiction do not make a service a scam, and the phone number and address give you somewhere to send a complaint. They do make it harder to know who you would be dealing with in a dispute. Apps such as My Dream Companion, which publishes a German company register number, are clearer on this point.

Billing: what shows on your statement

The plan list in the site's web app says "No adult transaction in your bank statement". Infatuated does not publish the exact name that appears on the charge, so you cannot check it in advance. Payment is by card on the website.

Privacy: does Infatuated AI learn from your chats?

Yes. The FAQ answers the question directly: "Yes. Infatuated.AI does learn from user interactions", and says chat session data is "anonymized and stored securely". The privacy policy says data is shared with vendors for payments, analytics, email, hosting, support and marketing, with business partners "to offer you certain products, services or promotions", in a sale or merger, and when the law requires.

Two more details from its own pages are worth knowing. Its servers are in the United States. The plans page claims the private gallery is "encrypted end-to-end", but no page explains how, and the privacy policy still cites the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, a data-transfer framework that is no longer in force. Deleting your account and data

Account settings include a delete option that says "This will permanently delete your account", and it cannot be undone. The privacy policy says personal information is kept only as long as its stated purposes need, unless the law requires longer, for example for tax records. Chats you delete are no longer remembered by the character.

Age checks and content rules

The age check is self-declared: the terms say the service is not for anyone under 18, and no ID or face check is described. That is common for web-only apps, but it is weaker than apps that use a third-party age check where the law requires one.

The content rules allow adult chat and 18+ pictures and video between adults. They ban any content that portrays or suggests people under 18, and any likeness, name or persona of public figures, celebrities or politicians. • Sign up with an email address you use only for apps like this, not your work or main account.
• Do not share your full name, address, workplace or photos of real people in chat, since chats are used to improve the service.
• Pay with a card you check monthly, and start on the 1-month plan because nothing is refunded.
• Note the renewal date and cancel a few days before it.
