How to cancel your Lovescape subscription

These steps come from Lovescape's Premium help article, checked on 29 September 2026:

1. Click your profile icon (top right)
2. Open the Subscription section in account settings
3. Cancel the subscription; access stays active until the end of the paid period

Cancel at least a day before the renewal date and keep the confirmation email. Subscriptions renew for the same term, so a yearly plan renews for another year. The lifetime Ultra plan is a single payment and has nothing to cancel. If you cannot find the Subscription section, email help@lovescape.com from the address on your account.

Can you get a refund from Lovescape?

Usually not for the month you are in. The terms say the current month is treated as provided and cannot be canceled; canceling stops later renewals only. They also say:

• no refund if your account is closed for breaking the rules;
• other refunds follow additional rules posted on the site or the payment processor's terms;
• chips are non-refundable;
• lifetime plans are not refunded if the service is discontinued, except where the law requires.

What happens to your chips, characters and chats

Canceling does not delete anything. Chat and memory are free on every plan, so your characters and conversations stay available on the free tier. Chips never expire according to the help center, but only active subscribers can buy more, so any you have left are all you will get unless you subscribe again.

What you lose at the end of the paid period is the monthly chip allowance (600 on Premium, 3,000 on Creative Pro), 18+ media generation, the creator badge and, on Creative Pro, downloads without a watermark. Deleting your Lovescape account

Canceling and deleting are separate. To remove your data, delete your account from profile settings, or email help@lovescape.com and ask for erasure under the GDPR; the privacy policy says requests are answered within one month.

Before you delete, clear your Gallery. Pictures and videos from deleted characters or cleared chats stay there until you remove them. Cancel the subscription first, too, so billing stops cleanly. Our guide to deleting an AI girlfriend account lists what to check.

If you paid through Apple, Google or crypto

Lovescape does not sell through the App Store or Google Play, so there is no store subscription to cancel. If your Apple or Google account shows a subscription called "Lovescapes", that is a different app by Superlight Engine Co., Ltd.; cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.

Card subscriptions are canceled on the site as above. Crypto payments are one-off, so check that nothing is set to renew in your account after a crypto purchase.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Lovescape bills with neutral descriptions, and its billing support page names Paymentico, Epoch, SegPay, CentroBill and Webbilling as processors. A charge under one of those names may be a Lovescape renewal. Check your email for a receipt, then contact help@lovescape.com with the amount and date before disputing it with your bank.
