Is Lovescape safe and legit? What its own policies say

Yes, Lovescape is safe in the sense that matters most: it is a real service run by Warmtech Ltd, a registered company in Limassol, Cyprus, which says it has never sold personal data and bills with neutral descriptions. The points to watch are that every message passes through automated moderation, public posts can be used in its marketing, and chips are never refunded.

Who runs Lovescape

Lovescape's terms name Warmtech Ltd, Spyrou Kyprianou 75, Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol, Cyprus, company number HE 418620. Cyprus law governs the contract. The same company runs Spicier, a character-creation site. Here are the facts from its terms, privacy policy and help center, checked on 29 September 2026:

Lovescape safety and privacy facts, from its own terms and privacy policy
Company Warmtech Ltd, Cyprus
Discreet billing Help centre: "Payments appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements"
Payment methods Visa, Mastercard, crypto
Age check 18+ only. Users self-declare their age at registration and confirm they are 18 or older on entry; the web app shows a "Confirm your age to unlock adult content" step. Pro users must pass identity verification before uploading content
Delete your account Delete account from profile settings (site FAQ: "You can delete your account or cancel your subscription anytime from your profile settings"). Individual characters can be deleted and chats cleared from the character's "..." menu. Privacy policy also allows erasure requests by email to help@lovescape.com
Data kept after deletion Kept only as long as needed for the purposes collected, including legal, accounting or reporting needs; may be kept longer for complaints or likely litigation. Deletion requests answered within one month. Media from deleted characters or cleared chats stays in the Gallery until deleted
Data sharing Shares with service providers (payments, fraud, support, analytics) and authorities when legally required; states it has never sold and will never sell personal data. Public user content may be used for Lovescape marketing without further consent (terms 7.3)
Refunds Chips are non-refundable once bought; subscription refund terms not published

A named company with a registered address is a good sign. It means there is someone to send a data request, a complaint or a legal notice to, which is not true of every app in this market.

Billing and what shows on your statement

Lovescape's help center says "Payments appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements", so the word Lovescape and any adult wording should not appear. It takes Visa, Mastercard and crypto.

Its billing support page lists several payment processors: Paymentico, Epoch, SegPay, CentroBill and Webbilling. If you see one of those names on a statement, it may be a Lovescape charge. Subscriptions renew automatically, and chips are one-off purchases that cannot be refunded. If discreet billing matters to you, compare it with other apps on our discreet billing page, and see apps that take crypto for the most private way to pay.

Privacy and what happens to your chats

Chats and characters are private by default. The privacy policy says Lovescape shares data with service providers (payments, fraud checks, support and analytics) and with authorities when the law requires, and that it "has never sold and will never sell" personal data. The policy does not mention using your chats to train AI.

Two things are less obvious:

  • Moderation reads everything. All messages and prompts pass through automated moderation. After three or more violations, a human reviews the account.
  • Public posts are marketing material. Section 7.3 of the terms lets Lovescape use content you make public in its own marketing without asking again. Keep private work private.

The GDPR applies, so you can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion. Our guide on whether AI girlfriend apps read your chats explains what moderation means in practice.

Deleting your Lovescape account and data

The site FAQ says you can delete your account or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. You can also delete single characters and clear chats from each character's "..." menu, or email help@lovescape.com with an erasure request, which the policy says is answered within one month.

One trap: pictures and videos from a deleted character or a cleared chat stay in your Gallery until you delete them there too. Clear the Gallery before you delete the account. Our guide to deleting an AI girlfriend account has a checklist that works for any app.

Age checks and content rules

Lovescape is 18+ only. You declare your age when you register and confirm it again on entry, and the web app shows a "Confirm your age to unlock adult content" step. There is no ID check for ordinary users, but Creative Pro users must pass identity verification before they can upload content.

Adult roleplay, pictures and video with fictional adult characters are allowed. Its moderation policy bans anything involving minors or characters who look underage, non-consent, family roleplay, real animals, extreme violence, hate speech and real people or celebrities without verified consent, which rules out deepfakes and voice cloning. When a filter trips, it asks you to rephrase, and repeat violations can lead to a ban. More on how apps check age in our age verification guide.

Reported problems and the lookalike app

None of the Lovescape sources we checked for this page, including its help center, terms and blog, report a data breach or security incident. That is not a guarantee; our page on AI girlfriend data breaches tracks the ones that have been reported across the market.

The more practical risk is the wrong app. Lovescape has no App Store or Google Play app. An iOS app called "Lovescapes", published by Superlight Engine Co., Ltd., is not Lovescape. Use lovescape.com and install it as a web app from your browser if you want an icon on your home screen.

How to use Lovescape safely

  • Pay by crypto or a card you watch closely, and note the renewal date.
  • Do not publish characters or media you would not want in an advert.
  • Keep your real name, address and photos of real people out of chats.
  • Clear the Gallery before deleting your account.
  • Start on the free plan; it covers chat and memory, so there is no need to pay to test it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lovescape legit?

Yes. Lovescape is run by Warmtech Ltd, registered in Cyprus under number HE 418620, and it publishes terms, a privacy policy, a moderation policy and a help center. The same company runs Spicier.

Is Lovescape a scam?

No. It is a working subscription app with a named company, published prices and support at help@lovescape.com. The money risks are ordinary ones: plans renew automatically, and chips cannot be refunded once bought.

Does Lovescape show up on your bank statement?

A charge appears, but its help center says payments carry neutral descriptions. It lists Paymentico, Epoch, SegPay, CentroBill and Webbilling as payment processors, so one of those names may appear instead of Lovescape.
