How to cancel Nomi AI on the web, iPhone or Android

Cancel Nomi AI step by step

1. Press the Profile icon at the bottom of the Nomi home screen and open the Subscription tab
2. Press Manage Subscription, scroll down and press Cancel Subscription
3. Follow the prompts to confirm; if told to cancel via an app, use the store instructions instead

If you pay through Apple: Open the iPhone Settings app (not Nomi), tap your Apple ID name, select Subscriptions, choose Nomi and cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel.

If you pay through Google Play: Open the Google Play Store app, check you are on the right account, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Whichever route you use, the paid features stay on until the end of the current period. Cancel a day or two before the renewal date, and keep the confirmation email or screenshot.

Which platform did you pay on?

Nomi sells subscriptions in three places, and only the one you used can cancel it. If your receipt came from Apple, you subscribed in the App Store, even if you now chat on the website. If it came from Google, it is a Google Play subscription. If the charge is on your card with no Apple or Google receipt, you paid on the web.

When the web Subscription tab tells you to cancel through an app, that is the sign you paid in a store. Nomi's help pages are clear on this: removing the app from your phone does not stop billing.

Nomi AI refunds

The refund policy rules out refunds for buyer's remorse, lack of use or dissatisfaction, for partial months, downgrades, and unused time after you close your account. Nomi may refund in part or in full at its sole discretion, so if you were charged in error, email support@nomi.ai with the date and amount.

App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google, not by Nomi, so ask them through their usual refund request pages. Our Nomi AI pricing page covers renewal terms.

What happens to your Nomis after canceling

When the period ends, the account drops to the free plan. Your Nomis stay and one-to-one chat keeps working, with the 400-character cap back in place. Group chats, video, voice messages and calls become read-only. Nomi says it does not guarantee content is kept after a downgrade, so save anything important while you still pay.

Credits you bought never expire, but you cannot buy more without a subscription. If you come back later, your Nomis are still there, though Nomi does not guarantee that every piece of content is kept.

Deleting your Nomi account

Cancel first, then go to Profile, Account Settings and choose Delete account at the bottom. You confirm by email and by typing DELETE in capitals. The privacy policy says all your data, Nomis and messages are permanently deleted within about 28 days. Our Nomi AI safety page covers the rest of its privacy terms.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

On the App Store the seller shows as AI GLIMPSE INC, the company behind Nomi. Check your Apple and Google subscription lists first, then your card for a web charge, and email support@nomi.ai with the details if you still cannot place it.
