Nomi AI pricing: Standard, the Launch plan and credit packs

Nomi AI plans and prices

Nomi has no public pricing page on its website; you see the plans after signing in, so the figures above come from its US App Store listing. Standard is sold monthly, quarterly and yearly. A cheaper Launch plan is also listed as an in-app purchase, but its features are not described on the public web pages, so compare it with Standard inside the app before buying.

What credits buy

Credits only come into play once the daily free allowance of selfies and art is used up, so light users may never buy any. Video is the main use: 6 credits for a standard-definition clip and 10 for high definition. Extra group chats and extra Nomis beyond the 10 included also cost credits.

Credits never expire, but you need an active subscription to buy them. Chat itself is never charged in credits. Our guide to AI girlfriend tokens and credits compares this with apps that charge per message.

What the subscription adds over free

Nomi's free plan is indefinite, so the question is what paying unlocks. According to its refund and cancellation pages and help wiki, a subscription adds:

• live voice calls and voice messages
• video, with credits for each clip beyond the allowance
• group chats, up to 10, and up to 10 active Nomis
• 800-character messages instead of 400, and no daily message cap
• more daily selfies and AI art

If you only want one-to-one text chat, the free plan may be enough. If calls or group chats are the draw, those are the features you pay for.

Yearly, quarterly or monthly

The yearly Standard plan works out to $8.33 a month against $15.99 month to month, and the quarterly plan sits between them. The saving is real, but Nomi's refund policy rules out refunds for buyer's remorse, lack of use or partial months, so a year you stop using is a year you have paid for.

Because the free plan is indefinite, you can use it for a few weeks first and pay for a year only once you know you want calls, video or group chats. Subscriptions renew monthly, quarterly or yearly until canceled. Our AI girlfriend cost calculator puts the yearly total next to other apps.

Web, App Store or Google Play

You can pay on the web by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, billed in US dollars, or in the App Store or Google Play. The help pages say web subscriptions may work out slightly cheaper than app-store ones, depending on exchange rates, since app stores set prices per country.

Wherever you pay is where you cancel: an App Store subscription can only be stopped in Apple's settings, and a web one in Nomi's Subscription tab. Refunds for store purchases go through Apple or Google, not Nomi. Our guide to canceling Nomi AI has the steps for each.

Discounts, coupons and promo codes

Nomi publishes no coupon, discount or promo code, and we know of no working one. There is no lifetime plan either. The real ways to pay less are the yearly plan, the Launch plan if its features suit you, and web billing if your local App Store price is higher than the US-dollar web price.

Pages offering a "Nomi AI coupon code" or a premium APK are not from Glimpse.ai, the company behind Nomi. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, or use the website.

How Nomi AI compares on price

Nomi's yearly price of $8.33 a month sits below Secrets AI ($9.17) and Kindroid ($11.67), and above Candy AI ($3.99). Kindroid is the closest match on features and is the comparison people search most: Kindroid vs Nomi AI covers it, and Candy AI vs Nomi AI covers the cheaper, picture-led option. Our Nomi AI review explains what the subscription adds.
