How to cancel your Replika subscription on any device

Steps to cancel Replika

1. Go to my.replika.com and log in (or open the app)
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings
3. Tap Subscription
4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
5. If you paid with PayPal: paypal.com > Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments > Replika > cancel

If you pay through Apple: Device Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Replika > cancel. Deleting the app or account does not cancel the subscription

If you pay through Google Play: Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Replika > cancel

The key rule is to cancel in the same place you subscribed. A subscription bought in the App Store can only be changed or canceled in the App Store, and the same goes for Google Play. If you are not sure where you paid, check your email for a receipt from Apple, Google, Stripe or PayPal. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date shown in the store.

Can you get a refund from Replika?

Rarely. Replika's refund policy says all purchases are final and non-refundable, with no refunds for partial months or remaining time.

• App Store or Google Play: Replika cannot refund these. Ask Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, under their own rules.
• Web, by card or PayPal: final unless the law requires a refund.
• EU residents: a 14-day right of withdrawal, lost once you agree to immediate access to paid features.
• Gems, coins and store items: not refundable.
• Billing errors: raise them with Replika support through the help center form.

What happens after you cancel

Canceling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account returns to the free version: text chat continues, but romantic status, voice and AR calls, voice messages, selfies and image generation are Pro features and stop. If a renewal payment fails instead, the help center says the account drops to the free version after 7 days.

How to delete your Replika account

Cancel the subscription first. Replika's help center has an article on being billed after deleting an account, because deleting does not stop an App Store or Google Play subscription. Then, in the app: Settings (gear icon), Account Settings, Delete Replika, choose a reason, enter your password and tap Delete my Account. On the web: my.replika.com, gear icon, Account Settings, Delete my Account.

Chat history cannot be deleted separately. After deletion, messages are processed for up to 60 days and account and payment records are kept for at least 10 years. If a Replika charge looks unfamiliar

Most Replika charges come through Apple or Google, so the statement shows the store rather than Replika. Check your App Store or Google Play subscriptions list first, then your PayPal automatic payments. A common cause is a subscription left running after the app was deleted.
