How to cancel your Secrets AI subscription

Cancel Secrets AI step by step

1. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription, or open https://www.secrets.ai/subscription
2. Click "Cancel Subscription" and give a short reason
3. Confirm; access continues to the end of the billing period, then the account moves to Free

The cancel button lives on the website, since there is no App Store or Google Play version. If you installed Secrets AI on your home screen, open it and use the same Settings menu. Card subscriptions can be resumed with one click before the period ends if you change your mind. Cancel at least a day before your renewal date so the request is processed in time.

Refunds after you cancel

Canceling only stops the next charge. The terms say payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, so the rest of your current month or year is not refunded, and Moments you bought are final.

There are two exceptions. New subscribers in the UK and EU can withdraw within 14 days of buying: the refund is full if no premium features were used and reduced in proportion if they were, and renewals do not qualify. And billing errors, such as a double charge, must be reported in writing within 30 days of the statement. Email support@secrets.ai with the date, amount and the email on your account.

What happens to your Moments, chats and characters

When the paid period ends, the account moves to the free plan: 20 messages a day and basic memory. Your chats, memories and custom characters stay on the account, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.

Moments are where people lose value. The monthly grant resets on each renewal date and never rolls over, so spend what is left before the period ends. Moments you bought separately never expire, but the wiki says features that spend them need a paid plan, so they sit unused until you resubscribe. Crypto plans, G2A keys and app store charges

• Crypto: a crypto subscription cannot be resumed after canceling. If you come back, you buy a new one.
• G2A keys: prepaid 3-month and 12-month keys do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. The plan simply ends.
• Apple or Google: Secrets AI is not sold through either store. A charge from Apple or Google with a similar name is a different app, and you cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.

Deleting your Secrets AI account

If you want to leave for good, cancel first, then delete the account under User Settings, Account safety, Delete account. Deletion is permanent. The privacy policy says your profile and chat history are removed straight away, while transaction records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Our Secrets AI safety page covers what else is kept.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Secrets AI bills as S LABS INC. If you see that name and do not remember subscribing, check every email address you might have used, including Apple's hidden relay addresses, before you call your bank. Then write to support@secrets.ai within 30 days of the statement, since that is the window the terms give for billing errors.

A chargeback is the last step, not the first: it ends access to the account.
