You can reach support at support@secrets.ai, through Discord tickets or through an AI support chat on the site. The terms also say Secrets AI owns the AI outputs, which it calls Generations, so read them before you plan to reuse pictures elsewhere.

Billing and what shows on your statement

The wiki says charges appear as S LABS INC, with no mention of the app. It takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover and virtual debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, more than 300 cryptocurrencies, and prepaid G2A keys as a last resort. Prepaid keys and crypto keep the charge off your card altogether.

Secrets AI is not sold through the App Store or Google Play, so you will never see it on an Apple or Google receipt. If one appears, it is a different app. Price rises come with at least 30 days' notice, which is written into its terms. Privacy: what happens to your chats

The privacy policy is clear on the main point: among the uses of your information it lists "to analyze usage patterns, train and improve our AI models, and develop new features". It says it does not sell personal information, and shares data with vendors for hosting, analytics, payments, support and fraud prevention, and with authorities when the law requires.

On security, the policy describes AES-256 encryption for stored data and TLS 1.2 or later in transit. The homepage goes further and claims end-to-end encryption. Those are not the same thing: a service that writes replies to your messages and trains on them has to be able to read them, so rely on the policy's narrower wording. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself under User Settings, then Account safety, then Delete account, or ask by email. Deletion is permanent. According to the privacy policy, your name, email, profile data and chat history are deleted straight away, transaction records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting (anonymized where possible), and security logs are kept for up to 12 months without personal identifiers.

Age checks and content rules

Age is self-declared: an "Age Verification" prompt asks you to confirm "Yes, I am 18+", and sign-up repeats the confirmation. There is no ID or face check. The terms say the site is meant for use outside places where its content is illegal or subject to age verification laws, which puts the burden on you.

The content rules allow adult chat and AI-generated nudity for adults, and ban anything involving or appearing to involve minors, non-consensual acts, extreme violence and self-harm, hate, doxing and revenge porn, and misleading impersonation of real people. Reported incidents and look-alike apps

A news search in September 2026 found no reported data breach, fine or lawsuit naming Secrets AI or Secret Labs Inc. Two look-alikes are worth knowing about. The wiki warns that Secrets AI has no App Store or Google Play app, so any store listing with its name is not affiliated. And a similarly named app, Secret Desires, is logged in the AI Incident Database for leaving nearly two million files exposed in misconfigured cloud storage in November 2025. That incident names Secret Desires, not Secrets AI.

Sign up with an email address you do not use for work or banking, or with Apple's hide-my-email option.
Keep your full name, address, workplace and photos of real people out of chats, since chats can be used for training.
Install it from the browser as the wiki describes, not from an app store.
Start on the monthly plan; the current period is never refunded.
Use crypto or a prepaid key if you want the charge off your card.
