Secrets AI pricing: what each plan includes

Secrets AI sells two current paid plans, Premium and a higher top tier, on monthly, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month billing. Our price check puts Premium at $9.17 a month on the yearly plan and $19.99 month to month. Older Lite and Plus plans still exist on some accounts, but the wiki says they are being retired and moved to Premium at renewal, with at least 14 days' notice by email.

Monthly Moments reset on your renewal date and do not roll over, while Moments you buy on top never expire. Upgrading from a monthly plan turns unused monthly Moments into bought Moments, so they are not lost. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover (not Amex), or with one of more than 300 cryptocurrencies.

Is Secrets AI free? What the free plan includes

Yes, Secrets AI has a free plan, and it is one of the few that publishes an exact limit: 20 messages a day, reset daily. The wiki adds that the limit is tied to your device, so opening a second account does not give you more. Free users can talk to every companion, use the S3 and X-3 chat models and get basic memory.

What you do not get is Moments. The free plan includes none and cannot buy them, so pictures, video, voice calls, photo bundles and custom characters are off the table until you subscribe. Messages are also capped at 500 characters, half of Premium's limit. The site does hand out small Moments bonuses, such as 100 for joining its Discord and 25 for turning on notifications, but the wiki is clear that features which spend Moments need a paid plan.

Pictures, video and voice calls on Secrets AI

Everything visual or spoken runs on Moments. The published prices:

• Pictures: 50 Moments for a standard image, 100 for a 2K image and 50 to edit a picture. Each extra reference photo adds 10.
• Video: 600 Moments for an adult clip. Other video costs vary by length and resolution and are shown on the Generate button before you confirm.
• Voice calls: 50 Moments a minute.
• Custom characters: on paid plans the first is free, then 500 Moments each.

On Premium, 8,000 Moments covers about 160 standard pictures, or 160 minutes of calls, or 13 adult clips, if you spend them on one thing. Requests stopped by a safety check are not charged, and failed generations are refunded automatically. Secrets also runs Shorts, weekly mini-drama episodes starring its companions, and sells photo and video bundles per character that stay unlocked for good. Memory and chat: how the Lorebook works

Memory is the reason to choose Secrets AI. Every chat uses its memory system, and paid plans get more of it: the wiki says Premium reads four times as many memories as the free plan with 60% more short-term context, and the top tier reads six times as many with double the context.

The Lorebook sits on top. Instead of a hidden list of facts, a character keeps a book with sections for cast, world, relationship, facts and a running chronicle. After a conversation it suggests new or updated entries, and you accept or decline them. You can pin entries so they stay in the character's working context, lock them so the character cannot rewrite them, use one book across several chats, or start many companions from the same "Universe Book". The wiki still labels Lorebooks as early testing, not yet open to every account.

Is Secrets AI safe and legit? Company, privacy and refunds

Secrets AI is run by Secret Labs Inc., which lists 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware in the site footer, and its legal pages cover refunds, privacy, moderation and age checks. Card payments go through a PCI DSS compliant processor, so your card number never reaches Secrets' own servers, and the charge shows as S LABS INC with no mention of the app.

On privacy, the pricing FAQ says chats are visible only to you, are encrypted in transit, and generated media is served through private links that expire. The homepage goes further and says end-to-end encryption; the FAQ's narrower wording is the one to rely on. Sign-up needs only an email address, and you must confirm you are 18 or over.

Refunds are limited. Subscription fees are not refunded for part-used periods, Moments purchases are final, and spent Moments are not returned. UK and EU users get a 14-day right to withdraw, with a full refund if no premium features were used and a partial one if they were. One more sign of legitimacy: the wiki warns that Secrets is not on the App Store or Google Play, and any app there using its name is not theirs. How to cancel Secrets AI

1. Open Settings, then Manage Subscription, or go straight to the Subscription page.
2. Click Cancel Subscription and give a short reason.
3. Confirm. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

After that your account drops to the free plan. Chats, memories, custom characters and pictures all stay on the account, and you can resume with one click before the period ends (card subscriptions only; crypto plans must be bought again). Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Prepaid keys bought through G2A do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Who Secrets AI suits, and who should skip it

Pick Secrets AI if you want one or two characters that build a shared history over months, if you like to see and edit what a character remembers, or if you want group scenes with two or three companions and will pay for the top tier to get them.

Skip it if you mainly want pictures on a tight budget, since each one costs 50 Moments on top of the plan, or if you want a free plan that includes pictures. Candy AI is cheaper if pictures are the point, at $3.99 a month on a yearly plan.
