How to cancel Spicier and delete your account

Cancel Spicier step by step

1. Open profile settings
2. Cancel the subscription
3. Access continues until the paid term ends; no further card charges

Log in on spicierai.com, not spicier.com, since the landing site only links through to the app. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date to be safe; subscriptions renew at the same term until cancelled, so a 12-month bundle renews for another 12 months. Cancelling stops future charges but does not delete your account.

Before you confirm, check two things: when the paid term ends, and how many chips you have left. Spend chips you want to use while Premium is still active. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen, since Spicier does not publish a help page on cancelling and the screenshot is your record if a charge follows.

Can you get a Spicier refund?

The terms set three rules:

• The current month is treated as already provided and cannot be cancelled.
• Other refunds follow the rules of the sales agent or payment processor.
• No refund if the account was closed for breaking the rules.

What happens to your chips and characters

Spicier does not say whether unused chips survive the end of a subscription. On Lovescape, the sister platform, chips never expire but only active subscribers can buy more, and the same may apply here; check your balance in the app before the term ends and spend what you want to use.

Monthly bonus chips stop with the subscription, and Premium features such as custom characters and explicit video go with it. Spicier does not say what happens to characters you made while subscribed, so save any details you want to keep, such as a character's name and personality text.

Deleting your Spicier account

Profile settings also has a delete account option, and the app says deleting permanently removes all your data and chat history. Cancel the subscription first, then delete. You can also send an erasure request to help@withscape.com.

If you paid through Apple or Google

Spicier has no App Store or Google Play app, so there is no store subscription to cancel. All plans are paid by card on spicierai.com and cancelled there.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Spicier does not publish the name that appears on bank statements; its checkout only says there is no adult transaction on your statement. If you see a charge you cannot place, check your email for a receipt from Spicier or Lovescape, since both belong to Warmtech Ltd and use the same platform. Then contact help@withscape.com.
