Who runs Spicier

Spicier.com is a landing site. Sign-up and chat happen on spicierai.com, which runs on the platform of Lovescape, another app owned by Warmtech Ltd in Limassol, Cyprus. Running two brands on one platform is not unusual here (DreamGF and DreamBF also share an owner), and in this case the owner is named plainly in the terms, which is the first thing to check. Billing: what shows on your statement

Spicier takes credit and debit cards. The checkout text says there is no adult transaction on your bank statement, but Spicier does not publish the name that appears, so you may not recognize it at first. Note the amount and date when you pay.

Subscriptions renew at the same term until you cancel. The terms treat the current month as already provided, so a renewal you forgot about is unlikely to be refunded. See AI girlfriend apps with discreet billing for apps that publish their descriptor.

Privacy and your chats

The privacy policy says Spicier has never sold personal data and never will. Data is shared with service providers for payments, fraud checks, support, analytics and security, and within the corporate group. The policy does not say whether chats train AI models, but the terms give the company a licence to use your content "to provide and improve our Services".

Deleting your account

Profile settings has options to delete your account or cancel your subscription, and the app says deleting removes all your data and chat history permanently. You can also send an erasure request to help@withscape.com.

The privacy policy keeps some data as long as needed for legal, accounting or reporting reasons, and longer if there is a complaint or likely legal claim. Cancel any subscription first so a renewal does not follow the deletion. Our guide to deleting an AI girlfriend account has the general steps.

Age checks and content rules

Spicier is for adults 18 and over, confirmed by clicking through on entry. The app's config also has an anonymous age verification feature switched on, but the provider is not named, so it is unclear where or when it is used.

The rules ban any sexual content involving minors, bestiality, incest, hate speech, illegal drug use, violence, and characters that resemble real celebrities or public figures. You cannot upload your own media apart from a moderated avatar, and abuse material is reported to law enforcement. How to use Spicier safely

• Sign up with an email address that does not include your full name.
• Keep real names, addresses and workplaces out of chats, since staff may review them.
• Start with one month; refunds are not promised.
• Screenshot your receipt so you can match the unnamed statement entry.
• Delete your account from profile settings when you leave.
