How to cancel your SweetDream AI subscription

Cancel SweetDream AI step by step

These steps come from SweetDream's account settings, checked on 29 September 2026:

1. Sign in and open Settings (sweetdream.ai/my/settings)
2. In the Subscription section click Unsubscribe
3. Confirm in the "Cancel Premium Subscription?" dialog (it asks why you are leaving)
4. Premium stays active until the end date shown, then premium chats, calls, image and video generation stop

The dialog asks why you are leaving; you can answer or skip ahead. Afterward, the Subscription section should show an end date instead of a renewal date. Take a screenshot. If anything looks wrong, email support@sweetdream.ai, which promises a reply within 24 hours.

Timing: weekly passes renew fast

A weekly pass renews every seven days, so cancel soon after buying if you are only testing. Canceling early does not cut your access short; Premium runs until the end date either way. The 3-month and yearly passes renew for the same term. Checkout calls the first payment "introductory" without stating the renewal price, so treat the renewal date as the moment to decide. Refunds

SweetDream's terms allow a refund within 7 days of purchase for a subscription that has not been used. That is one of the firmer refund rules among the apps we track. Token purchases are generally non-refundable unless the law requires it, and subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable.

What happens to your tokens and chats

When Premium ends, premium chats, calls, and picture and video generation stop. Unused tokens do not expire, according to the terms, but they may be lost if the account is closed, so spend them first. Your chats and characters stay on the account until you delete them.

One quirk: an account notice says subscriptions from a previous payment provider will not auto-renew and must be bought again. If you are on an old subscription, it may end on its own.

Deleting your SweetDream account

Go to Settings, Danger zone, Delete account. The dialog warns that some associated data may be kept and tells you to contact support for full deletion, so email support@sweetdream.ai as well if you want everything removed. If you paid through Apple, Google or crypto

SweetDream does not sell through the App Store or Google Play. If your iPhone shows a subscription to "Sweet Dream AI Companion", that is an app from a different seller, Narek Melkumyan; cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, and ask Apple about refunds. Crypto payments through Confirmo are one-off, but check the Subscription section anyway.
