The Organization data in DarLink's site code names FAMELINK SA, Les Mengartes 37, 2828 Montsevelier, in the canton of Jura, with a founding date of 19 February 2024. A named company with a Swiss address is a good sign: an SA is a Swiss company limited by shares, which has to be entered in the commercial register. What is missing is the paperwork you would normally read next to it, such as terms that say which law applies and how disputes are handled.

What DarLink does not publish

On 29 September 2026, darlink.ai, its llms.txt file and its API all returned a bot challenge (HTTP 403) to plain requests. As a result, these could not be read or confirmed:

Privacy policy, including whether chats are used to train AI
How to delete your account and how long data is kept
Payment methods and the name on your card statement

The site also marks its pages noindex, which asks search engines not to list them. That is unusual for a consumer app and means lookalike or third-party pages often appear first in search. Open the real policies in your browser at darlink.ai before paying, and save a copy.

Trackers and your data

DarLink's site code loads four analytics tools: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, PostHog and Sentry with session replay. Session replay tools record how visitors move through a page so developers can fix problems; they usually mask typed text, but you cannot check how DarLink has set them up. Yandex Metrica is run by Yandex, a Russian company.

An App Store app called "DarLink" is published by DarDoc Health Technologies, not by FAMELINK SA, and it has nothing to do with the AI girlfriend service. DarLink AI has no official iPhone or Android app in our data; it runs in the browser. Any "DarLink AI APK" comes from a third party, and installing it risks malware.

Sign up with a separate email address and keep your name, address and photos of real people out of chats.
