How to cancel your DarLink AI subscription

Where to cancel DarLink AI

1. Log in at darlink.ai, on a computer if you can; settings pages are often easier to find there than on a phone.
2. Open your account settings and look for your subscription or billing details. Our DarLink AI review summarises one independent report that places the cancel button under Settings, then Account Information, near the bottom of the page.
3. If you find it, cancel, and screenshot the confirmation.
4. If you do not, email support@darlink.ai from your account address, ask them to cancel the subscription and stop renewals, and keep the reply. The Discord server is a second channel.

These are not official steps; DarLink's help pages could not be read when we checked on 29 September 2026. Start a few days before your renewal date so support has time to answer.

If you email, include the address you signed up with, the date and amount of your last payment, and a clear request: cancel the subscription, turn off automatic renewal and confirm both in writing. Ask in the same email whether any refund applies, so the answer is on record.

Refunds

DarLink's refund terms are not published on any page we could read, so there is no stated refund window. If you want one, ask support in writing and give your payment date and amount. Our DarLink AI pricing page explains what else is not published about its plans.

What happens to your tokens and chats

DarLink does not say what happens to unused tokens or your characters after you cancel. Assume paid features end with the billing period: unlimited messages, unblurred images, 18+ content and video. Spend any tokens before the period closes, and save anything you want to keep. After that, the account should fall back to the free tier described on is DarLink AI free?. Deleting your DarLink AI account

No account deletion process is published. Cancel first, then email support@darlink.ai asking them to delete your account and personal data, and to confirm when it is done. If you paid through Apple or Google

DarLink AI has no official iPhone or Android app in our data. An App Store app called "DarLink" belongs to DarDoc Health Technologies, a different company. If your receipt comes from Apple or Google, the subscription is with that store, not with DarLink AI's website, so cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions.

If support does not answer

If the renewal date is close and you have no reply, ask your card issuer to stop future payments to the merchant, and keep your cancellation email as evidence. If you are charged after asking to cancel, dispute the charge with that email attached.
