Is My Dream Companion safe and legit? A check of its own policies

Who runs My Dream Companion

The site's legal notice names Miracle AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Grolmanstrasse 40, 10623 Berlin, with its German company register number. A UG is a German limited company with a smaller capital requirement than a GmbH. Our My Dream Companion review notes that the terms are governed by German law.

That is more than many apps publish. A registered company with a street address and register number is easier to hold to account than an app that names only a brand, which is why My Dream Companion is legit in our view even though its trust score is middling.

Billing: what shows on your statement

The checkout says the "Transaction will be shown as Miracle AI on your bank statement", so the app's name does not appear. Card details are handled by PCI DSS payment providers, not stored by the site. Credit cards are accepted, and the site suggests prepaid cards such as EzzoCard and Bunq for extra privacy. PayPal is not accepted.

Privacy: chats, training and trackers

The privacy policy says "We may use user data to continuously improve our AI and services", including analysing your interactions to refine replies, using anonymised or aggregated data. It says conversations are stored with encryption.

The bigger privacy point is the site itself. It loads a long list of advertising and analytics trackers: Meta Pixel and its server-side API, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Juicy Ads, TrafficJunky and Hotjar. Deleting your account and data

You can delete the account yourself under Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. If you signed in with Google and want the data received from Google erased, email support@mydreamcompanion.com. The privacy policy keeps data only as long as its purposes need, including legal and accounting duties, but gives no fixed periods.

Age checks and content rules

Entry is behind an age gate where you click "I'm over 18, Continue" and certify your age under penalty of perjury. Some users are selected for identity and age verification by a provider called Didit, and the site says it receives only the result. The FAQ says the service lets adults explore erotic content "without hitting a moral filter". The blocked content policy still bans anything that harms minors or AI content resembling minors, deceptive impersonation of real people, celebrities or public figures, and using a celebrity's likeness without consent.

How to use My Dream Companion safely

• Sign up with a separate email address, as the FAQ allows, and do not use your real name in chat.
• Pay with a prepaid card if you do not want the charge on your main card.
• Browse with a tracker blocker to limit what ad networks learn.
• Cancel a few days before renewal, since late cancellations may still be charged.
