Who runs Nectar AI

The terms name Nectar AI, LLC at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Delaware, together with Lick Labs Ltd at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London. TryNectar AI and Nectar AI are the same service under the same terms. Support is at support@nectar.ai, and the FAQ says Discord tickets get the fastest reply.

Payments and what shows on your statement

Checkout offers card and crypto. Nectar does not publish the name that appears on a card statement, so keep your confirmation email to match the charge later.

Crypto is more private, but a crypto payment cannot be reversed through a card dispute, and Nectar's fees are non-refundable except case by case. If you want the option to dispute a charge, pay by card. Privacy: what happens to your chats

The FAQ says your interactions "are not used to train external AI models". Read that closely: it covers external models only and says nothing about Nectar's own models. The FAQ also says conversations and generated content are private and not visible to other users.

The privacy policy is worded differently from the FAQ. It says Nectar does not "sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes" your personal information without consent, but does share it with service vendors and for legal requests, while the FAQ says interactions are not shared with third parties. Deleting your account

Account settings include a Delete Account option, which the site calls "irreversible" and says will "permanently remove your account and associated data". The FAQ also accepts deletion requests through Discord or support@nectar.ai. The privacy pages do not publish how long data is kept afterwards.

Age checks and content rules

Entry is behind an 18+ age gate, and NSFW mode is only for verified users aged 18 or over. In the UK, users must verify through a provider called go.cam, which takes under a minute; Nectar says it never sees or stores the photo or ID. The content rules are among the most detailed we track. Explicit roleplay is allowed between consenting adults only. Banned content includes anything sexualizing under-18s, non-consent framed as erotic, characters based on real people, direct use of copyrighted characters and real-world crime instructions. Violations lead to removal, permanent bans and, where minors are involved, police referral. Each person may hold one account, and appeals are answered within 3 to 5 business days.

APKs, apps and the arbitration clause

Nectar runs in the browser. Its plan data carries Apple in-app product IDs, but no App Store listing was found, and there is no official Google Play app in our data. Any "Nectar AI APK" or "mod" file comes from a third party, not from Nectar. Installing apps from unknown sources can expose your phone to malware, and a modded app is not covered by Nectar's privacy promises. Use the website instead.

The terms also include binding arbitration, which limits your right to sue in court. You can opt out by emailing Nectar within 30 days of first agreeing to the terms.

How to use Nectar AI safely

• Use the website, not an APK, and a separate email address.
• Keep your real name, address and photos of real people out of chats.
• Pay by card if you want dispute rights, and start with one month.
• Email the arbitration opt-out within 30 days if you want to keep your right to go to court.
