How to cancel your Nectar AI subscription

1. Go to Profile > Settings > Subscription and Credits
2. Choose to cancel your plan
3. Premium features stay active to the end of the billing cycle, then the account reverts to Free

Our TryNectar AI review notes that the terms also accept cancellation by email to support@nectar.ai or through its Discord. Whichever route you use, keep the confirmation, and check that Subscription and Credits no longer shows a renewal date.

Cancel a few days before renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same terms, and cancelling stops the next renewal only.

Refunds

Except where the law requires, subscription fees are non-refundable, and Nectar may grant some requests case by case at its discretion. Cancelling gives no refund for the current period. If you think you have a case, for example a renewal you cancelled in time, open a Discord ticket or email support with the dates.

Save her memory before the plan ends

The terms warn that when a subscription ends, premium memory and stored chat history from premium tiers may become inaccessible, and the free plan keeps only the last 15 messages in memory. If you might come back, copy the facts that matter into the character's description or your persona before the plan runs out, so they do not depend on chat memory.

Nectar's pages do not say whether unused credits from packs stay usable on the free plan, so spend them before the end date if you can. Cancelling does not delete your account or characters, and the free plan described on is Nectar AI free? stays open. Deleting your Nectar AI account

Account settings include Delete Account, which Nectar says is irreversible and permanently removes your account and associated data. If you paid through Apple or Google

Nectar's plan data carries Apple in-app product IDs, but no App Store listing was found, and there is no official Google Play app in our data. Almost everyone pays on the website, and cancels there. If you did subscribe through Apple, the charge runs through Apple, so cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions; Nectar cannot stop an Apple renewal for you.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Nectar does not publish the name that appears on card statements. Search your email for a Nectar receipt with the same amount and date, and check the billing period, since the terms allow daily, weekly, monthly or annual billing. If it is not yours, contact support and ask your card issuer to block the card.
