How to cancel Janitor+ and delete your Janitor AI account

To cancel Janitor AI's paid plan on the web, go to Settings, then Billing, then Manage Subscription, and cancel on the Stripe billing page; Janitor+ runs to the end of the period, then your account reverts to free. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel through the App Store or Google Play, because app subscriptions cannot be cancelled from the web.

Check where you paid before you start. A Stripe receipt means a web subscription; an Apple or Google receipt means the app store. Deleting the app does not cancel Janitor+.

Can you get a refund?

Usually not. Janitor AI's help center says subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where its terms or the law require (subscription FAQ). For a billing problem such as a double charge, email billing@janitorai.com with the receipt.

Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: request it from your order history.
Web: email billing@janitorai.com.

What happens after you cancel

Janitor+ stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, the account reverts to free: unlimited chats on JanitorLLM with about 9k tokens of context, no priority replies, no premium swipes and no Router. Deleting your Janitor AI account

Go to Settings, open the Security tab, scroll down, choose Delete account and enter the 6-digit code emailed to you (help center). This permanently removes your posts, characters, personas and profile. Support cannot delete it for you, so make sure you can still get into the account email first. If a charge looks unfamiliar

Check your Apple and Google subscription lists, then search your email for a Stripe receipt from Janitor AI. Remember that an outside model provider, if you connected one, bills separately under its own name. If you still cannot match the charge, contact your card issuer and email billing@janitorai.com.
