How to cancel your LusyChat subscription, step by step

Steps to cancel LusyChat

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Open the Subscription section
3. Cancel the subscription (takes effect at the end of the current paid period)

Cancel at least a day before your renewal date, since subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate. LusyChat has no App Store or Google Play app, so even if you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the subscription is managed on LusyChat itself, not in your phone's store settings. If you use the Android APK, cancel from Account Settings in the app or on the website.

Can you get a refund from LusyChat?

Almost never. LusyChat's terms say that, except where the law requires, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable. The one exception is a genuine billing error:

• Report it to contact@business.lusychat.ai within 30 days of the charge.
• LusyChat then decides, at its discretion, whether to refund or give credit.
• Do not start a chargeback first: the terms say one filed without contacting support can end your account and forfeit your remaining balance.

EU consumers may have extra rights under local law, which the "except where required by law" wording leaves open.

What happens to your LusyCoins and characters

When the paid period ends, the account drops to the free plan: the default model with a daily message allowance and 8K memory. Paid features stop, including unlimited messages, cheaper standard models, longer memory and, on Deluxe and Ultra, video generation.

LusyChat's public pages do not say whether monthly LusyCoins from a plan carry over after it ends, so spend them before the renewal date. Your chats and characters stay on the account until you delete them. See what LusyChat's free plan includes.

How to delete your LusyChat account

Cancel your subscription first, then open Account Settings and delete your account. Deletion is permanent and erases your chat history and the characters you created. You can also delete single chats or your whole history without closing the account.

Some data stays: account data for up to 24 months after deletion, payment records for 5 to 10 years, and ID images for up to 24 months unless the law requires longer. If a LusyChat charge looks unfamiliar

LusyChat card charges appear as "LusyChat AI", so they are easy to identify. If you see one you did not expect, check whether a subscription renewed or someone else in your household used your card, and check Apple Pay or Google Pay receipts.
