Is LusyChat safe? The company, your data and what to watch

Who runs LusyChat

LusyChat's terms name Tensoris Technology Limited, registered in Malta as C112969, at Villa Malitah, Triq il-Mediterran, San Giljan, and Maltese law governs the terms. Support is at contact@business.lusychat.ai.

A registered EU company with a published address is a good baseline, and LusyChat is busy, with about 11.1 million visits in August 2026 according to Similarweb. One inconsistency to note: its terms describe a text-and-voice chat product that "does not generate images or video", while its menu offers Create Image and Create Video.

Billing and what shows on your statement

LusyChat's upgrade screens say "No adult transaction in your bank statement", but the card checkout says the charge appears as "LusyChat AI". That does not describe adult content, but it does name the app, so it is not fully anonymous. A third-party company acts as the merchant of record.

You can pay by card, crypto through Cryptopay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled, and all sales are final. Privacy: chats, training and encryption

LusyChat's privacy policy says private one-to-one conversations, login details, payment data and ID images are not used to train general-purpose models, and only anonymized, combined metrics are used for safety and product work. Its About page goes further and says user data is never used for training. Sexual preferences are treated as sensitive data, processed only with your explicit consent.

On security, the About page claims end-to-end encryption, while the privacy policy describes encryption in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive fields, which is not the same thing. Rely on the policy's narrower wording. Data is shared with service providers, including hosting, payment processors, AI model providers, an ID-check company and anti-fraud tools, and some servers may be outside the EEA, including the US. Age checks, ID and content rules

LusyChat is 18+ only. There is an entry gate, you confirm your age at sign-up and again at card checkout, and it may ask for an ID document plus a live selfie through Sumsub when you use paid features or where the law requires. ID images are not used for training and are kept no longer than 24 months unless the law requires longer.

Fictional adult roleplay is allowed for adults. The rules ban anything involving minors or characters who are or look under 18, including "aged-up" or drawn characters, real identifiable people, look-alikes, deepfakes and voice clones, non-consent, hate speech and self-harm promotion. Deleting your account and the Android APK

You can delete your account from Account Settings. Deletion is permanent and erases chat history and the characters you made, and you can also delete single items or your whole history without closing the account. Data is still kept for up to 24 months after deletion for security, disputes and tax, and payment records for 5 to 10 years.

LusyChat has no App Store or Google Play app. Its Android app is an APK you download from the site and install by hand, which skips Google Play's checks. Only download it from lusychat.ai itself, never from a mirror site. Our page on AI girlfriend APKs explains the risks.

Reported problems and how to use LusyChat safely

We found no published report of a data breach or fine involving LusyChat or Tensoris Technology Limited when we checked in September 2026.

• Pay with crypto if you do not want "LusyChat AI" on a card statement.
• Keep real names, addresses and photos of real people out of chats and characters.
• Assume anything you type is kept for up to 24 months after you delete it.
• Contact support before any chargeback, or you may lose your account and coins.
