Is LusyChat free? What free accounts get and what costs coins
Yes, LusyChat is free to use: free accounts get a daily allowance of free messages on the default model, LusyLLM ErosForge, with 8K memory, though LusyChat does not publish the exact number. Pictures cost LusyCoins, video is not available on the free plan, and Premium, with 6,000 LusyCoins a month and unlimited messages, costs $7.99 a month on a yearly plan or $14.99 month to month.
What the LusyChat free plan includes
According to LusyChat's own plan list, the free tier includes:
- The default chat model, LusyLLM ErosForge, which costs 0 LusyCoins a message on every plan.
- A daily free message allowance. LusyChat does not publish the number.
- 8K memory, enough for recent context in a chat.
- Slower responses than paid plans.
Guests can try some chats without an account. Signing up takes email, Google, Apple, Discord, Telegram, X or Yandex, with no card. The character library covers female, male, anime, fantasy and many other styles, including characters made by the community. Our LusyChat review covers the characters and models.
What costs LusyCoins, and what needs a plan
LusyCoins pay for almost everything beyond default chat, on the free plan and paid ones alike:
- Pictures: 30 LusyCoins at 1080p, 60 at 2K or 4K. Free users can only get nude photos with LusyCoins.
- Better chat models: 5 to 200 LusyCoins a message, from GLM-4.5 Air at 12 to Claude Opus 4.6 at 200.
- Extras: inner thoughts 5, auto replies 2, unlocking a photo album 100, a short drama episode 120.
Video is not available on the free plan, and the plan list shows video generation on Deluxe and Ultra. Free coins come from the Task Center's daily check-in and LusyChat's Discord. Our guide on how AI girlfriend coins work explains why most apps charge this way.
How far the free plan goes
Because LusyChat does not publish its daily allowance, we cannot tell you exactly how many messages you get. What we can say is that default-model chat is free on every plan, so the free plan's limit is the daily count and slower replies rather than a cost per message.
Memory is the bigger limit. At 8K, the free plan keeps recent context only, and our data rates LusyChat's memory as conversational. Premium raises it to 64K and Ultra to 1M. For comparison, Secrets AI publishes 20 messages a day, TryNectar AI 15 messages and 10 images a day, and Selira AI no cap on text, so all three are easier to plan around. Our list of free AI girlfriend apps compares every free plan.
