How to cancel your PolyBuzz membership

Cancel PolyBuzz step by step

1. Open Settings, then Help Center, and follow the cancel path
2. Benefits stay active until the end of the current payment period

If you pay through Apple: Settings app, tap your Apple ID, Subscriptions, choose PolyBuzz, Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If you pay through Google Play: Play Store app, menu, Subscriptions, choose PolyBuzz, Cancel Subscription and follow the steps.

Most PolyBuzz members pay through the app stores, so start there. If you are not sure, search your email for the receipt: Apple and Google send their own, while a web membership is billed through Stripe. Uninstalling the app does not cancel anything.

Can you get a PolyBuzz refund?

Refunds are hard to get. PolyBuzz's terms say you are not entitled to a refund for a completed purchase without due reason, and that payments are not refunded even if you later cancel, subject to local law (terms of use). The main website does not publish a separate refund policy.

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides.
• Google Play: request it from your order history within Google's window. Google decides.
• Web: email support@mail.polybuzz.ai and explain the due reason, such as a double charge.

What happens to your Coins and chats

After cancelling, you keep membership benefits until the period ends, then return to free chat with ads, limited voice playback and the standard memory models. Cancelling does not delete the account, so your characters and chats are still there. PolyBuzz does not say what happens to unspent Coins after a membership ends, so use them before you go if you can. Our PolyBuzz review covers what the free app still offers.

Deleting your PolyBuzz account

To remove the account, go to Settings, Account, Delete. It is irreversible. You can also email support@mail.polybuzz.ai, which verifies your identity and replies within 30 days. Cancel any app store membership first, because Apple and Google keep billing a subscription even after the account is gone. Our guide on deleting a companion app account has more on data requests.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Check your Apple and Google subscription lists first, since most PolyBuzz memberships are billed there under the store's name. A weekly Standard option exists on the App Store, so frequent small charges often mean someone chose the weekly plan. If you cannot match the charge, contact your card issuer.
