How to cancel your SpicyChat subscription

Cancel SpicyChat step by step

1. Open your profile (top-right picture)
2. Click Manage Subscription (or go to spicychat.ai/portal)
3. Cancel in the billing portal; you can reactivate before the period ends to keep a locked price
4. Pay By Bank and other one-time payments do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel

If you pay through Apple: The iOS app was removed from the App Store in August 2025; subscriptions bought there stopped auto-renewing.

If you pay through Google Play: Subscriptions bought through the PixelChat app on Google Play are managed in Google Play subscriptions.

Most SpicyChat subscriptions are paid on the website, so the billing portal is the place to cancel. Deleting the Android app does not cancel anything.

Before you cancel: the price lock

If you subscribed before 8 September 2026, you pay the old, lower price for as long as the plan stays active and unchanged. Once it lapses, coming back means paying the new price. SpicyChat lets you reactivate a cancelled plan before the period ends to keep the locked price, so if you are only taking a break, weigh that first. Can you get a SpicyChat refund?

Only in narrow cases. SpicyChat's support article says card payments can be refunded if you ask within 24 hours with minimal use (refunds article). The refund policy adds that fees are non-refundable once the login has been used, that there are no refunds for non-use or partial months, and that any refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 days (refund policy).

• Card: email support@spicychat.ai within 24 hours of paying.
• Crypto or Boosty: not refundable.
• Apple: old iOS purchases are refunded, if at all, by Apple.

If you paid through Apple or Google

Apple removed the SpicyChat iOS app in August 2025, and subscriptions bought there stopped renewing, so there should be nothing left to cancel on iPhone. On Android, SpicyChat itself is a direct download, but subscriptions bought through its sister app PixelChat on Google Play also apply to SpicyChat; cancel those in Google Play, Subscriptions.

Deleting your account, and unfamiliar charges

To delete the account, open your profile, scroll to Advanced, click Delete Account and confirm. It is permanent. Cancel any subscription first.

If a charge looks unfamiliar, search your email for a SpicyChat receipt and check Google Play for PixelChat. SpicyChat does not publish its card statement text; the operator's sister apps bill as "NDAI.CHAT", which may help you match it. If you still cannot, contact your card issuer.
