Is Swipey AI safe and legit? Company, billing and privacy

Who runs Swipey AI

INVAI LTD lists an address at Strovolou 140, Strovolos, Nicosia, and was incorporated on 17 April 2024. Its terms of service are dated 1 December 2021, more than two years before the company was formed, a mismatch worth knowing about. Billing: what shows on your statement

Swipey says charges appear under a neutral company name, never "Swipey AI", for Premium, Hearts and Fan Clubs alike, and purchase emails are kept neutral too. It does not publish the exact name, so keep your receipt to match the charge. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC or LTC).

The billing risks are in the terms. Section 10.4 says purchases are "final and non-refundable under any circumstances", except where the law requires, and a chargeback on a legitimate charge may suspend your account. Privacy and your chats

The help centre says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, custom companions are private and never listed publicly, and there is no public profile. The privacy policy says data is shared with service providers, advisers, authorities when required and staff, and not sold to third parties without consent.

The terms do not say whether chats train AI models; they license your input to "operate, provide, secure, moderate and improve the Services". Voice data may be processed to improve performance, but not for biometric profiling. Flagged chats may be quarantined and reviewed by compliance staff. Deleting your account, and what is kept

Deletion is self-serve: Profile, Settings, the Profile tab, Delete Profile, then confirm. Swipey says this removes your profile, chats, media, custom companions, memories and personal data. Cancel Premium first. You can also email hello@swipey.ai from your account email.

Age checks and content rules

Swipey asks you to confirm you are 18 or over on your first visit and again at checkout. UK users, and users whose location is uncertain, must pass an Ondato check, a selfie age estimate with an ID document if needed, before adult content unlocks.

The content rules ban anything involving minors, including "aged up" or fictional characters, companions based on real people without consent, and non-consensual imagery. You cannot upload your own media. Moderation runs in three layers: blocked terms, AI refusals and manual review. • Pay for one month only; the terms rule out refunds.
• Set a Hearts budget before your first call, since rates are shown only once.
• Keep real names, addresses and photos of real people out of chats.
• Screenshot receipts, since the statement name is not published.
• Ask support before disputing a charge, to avoid an account suspension.
• Delete your account when you leave, knowing some data is kept for 6 years.
