Cancel at least a day before your renewal date to be safe. Card subscribers get an email at least 7 days before each renewal, so that reminder is a good moment to decide. Cancelling stops the next charge but does not end the current period early: you keep unlimited chat and your monthly PeepCoins until the date you paid up to.

AI Peeps has no App Store or Google Play app in our research, so you cannot have subscribed through Apple or Google. If you paid by card, the subscription lives on AI Peeps itself and CCBill handles the charge.

Can you get a refund from AI Peeps?

Sometimes. The wiki says refunds are handled case by case: a recent subscription with little use is usually refunded, while heavy use usually is not. The terms are stricter on paper. They say purchases are generally final once PeepCoins, codes, generations or plan benefits are delivered or used, except where the law requires otherwise, and there are no partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

• Ask quickly. A request made soon after paying, before you have spent the plan's PeepCoins, has the best chance.
• Upgrades are prorated, so you are only charged the difference when you move up a tier.
• G2A and Telegram purchases are refunded through G2A or Telegram, not AI Peeps.

Email admin@aipeeps.com from your account's address with the date and amount of the charge.

What happens to your PeepCoins, chats and Peeps

When the paid period ends, your account drops back to the free plan: 30 messages a day, 50 PeepCoins a month and 3 chat slots. PeepCoins you bought never expire, so they stay on the account. The monthly allowance from your plan resets each cycle, so spend it before the period runs out.

AI Peeps' public pages do not say what happens to chats beyond the 3 free slots after a downgrade. If you had many chats on Peep Pal or Peep Pro, save anything you want to keep before your plan ends. Our guide to the AI Peeps free plan shows what you keep for free.

How to delete your AI Peeps account

Cancel the subscription first, then delete the account. Tap your profile picture to open the user panel, scroll to the bottom, choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate, with no cooling-off period, so there is no undo. If you cannot log in, email admin@aipeeps.com from your registered address, and it is done within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your chats and media, but payment records stay for tax and bought PeepCoins are lost with no refund. Peeps you published stay on the site without your name. Our guide on deleting an AI girlfriend account covers what other apps keep.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

AI Peeps card charges show as CCBill, which is easy to miss on a statement. Before you dispute a charge, search your email for a CCBill receipt or an AI Peeps renewal reminder, and check whether someone in your household subscribed. If it is yours and you did not mean to renew, email admin@aipeeps.com first and ask for a refund, since a recent renewal with little use is usually refunded.
