Is AI Peeps safe and legit? What to know before you pay

Who runs AI Peeps

AI Peeps is a small operation. Its terms name AI Peeps Lab di Biscione Valerio, an Italian sole trader at Via Fura 108, Brescia, with VAT number IT06062320657, and Italian law governs the terms. The site says it was built and is run by a solo creator, Val, and launched in August 2024.

A named person with a VAT number is more accountability than many apps in this category offer. The trade-off of a one-person business is continuity: when card payments stopped earlier in 2026, the wiki told users to pay through G2A or Telegram Stars until card billing came back on 4 September 2026. Support runs through admin@aipeeps.com and a contact form, and the developer says he replies within 24 hours.

Billing and what shows on your statement

Card payments go through CCBill, a payment company used by many adult sites, and the site's 4 September 2026 update says the charge shows as CCBill, not AI Peeps. Card subscriptions renew automatically, and AI Peeps says it emails card subscribers at least 7 days before each renewal. It also takes a fresh authorization if its terms change or six months pass.

Privacy: who can see your chats and pictures

AI Peeps' privacy policy says chat data, uploads and generated content containing personal data are not used to train AI Peeps' own models. Third-party AI providers are set not to train where possible, but some may process data under their own terms. The wiki adds that chats are private and not browsed.

AI Peeps does not sell personal data. It shares it with the services it needs to run: hosting and GPU compute, storage, payment processors and marketplaces, analytics such as Google Analytics, email and AI model providers, some of them outside the European Economic Area.

Pictures and video are handled differently from chat. The wiki says generated media is monitored, and media judged safe-for-work becomes public while explicit media stays private. Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your AI Peeps account yourself: tap your profile picture, scroll to the bottom of the user panel, choose Delete account and confirm once. Deletion is immediate, with no cooling-off period. If you are locked out, email admin@aipeeps.com from the address you registered, and the request is handled within 30 days. You can also delete single chats, pictures and Peeps.

Some data stays. Payment and invoice records are kept for tax, for up to 10 years under Italian law, and a one-way hash of your email is kept to stop repeat sign-up bonuses. Age checks and content rules

AI Peeps is for adults only. Its age check is a self-declaration: an 18+ entry gate and a checkbox confirming you are 18 or older. Its public pages describe no ID check, so the gate relies on honesty, and the terms allow suspension where underage use is suspected.

Fictional adult roleplay and explicit media are allowed in private, while public Peep profiles and covers must be safe-for-work. The rules ban any content involving minors or anyone who looks under 18, even drawn, along with deepfakes of real people, non-consensual images and abuse. Peeps are checked when they are made and through community flags, repeat offenders can be banned, and illegal content is reported, including to NCMEC. Reported problems and how to use AI Peeps safely

We found no published report of a data breach, fine or regulator action involving AI Peeps when we checked in September 2026. The main recorded problem is the pause in card payments earlier this year, which the site fixed on 4 September. Breaches have hit other apps in this category, so it pays to share little.

• Keep your real name, address, workplace and photos of real people out of chats and characters.
• Treat any safe-for-work picture you generate as public.
• Pay with crypto or a G2A key if you want a fixed period with no renewal, or set a reminder before a card renewal.
• Spend bought PeepCoins before deleting your account, since they are not refunded.
