How to cancel your GoLove AI subscription and get a refund

Steps to cancel GoLove AI

1. Open Settings in your account (subscription details are under My Profile)
2. Choose Unsubscribe / Cancel Subscription
3. Pick a cancellation reason; a loyalty-bonus offer appears, choose Continue Cancellation
4. Access stays until the end of the paid period, then the account drops to free and unused credits expire

Your plan dates sit under My Profile in Settings, so check the renewal date before you start. The cancel flow shows a loyalty offer of bonus Stars to stay. Choosing Continue Cancellation declines it. If you are on the paid Pro trial, cancel before the first month ends, or it renews at the full $19.99 a month.

GoLove has no official App Store or Google Play app, so you will not find the subscription in your phone's store settings. It is always managed on the website.

Can you get a refund from GoLove AI?

Only in a narrow window. Section 10.4 of the terms allows a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of paying. After that, no refund.

• Subscriptions: refused if the account has used more than 20 credits.
• Star or credit packs: refused if any of the bought credits have been used.
• Payment method: card purchases only. UPI payments in India are never refunded.
• Your own device problems: not a reason for a refund.

A refund or chargeback cancels the subscription and removes your credits at once. Email support@golove.ai with the date and amount as soon as you notice an unwanted charge.

What happens to your Stars, characters and chats

When the paid period ends, the account drops back to the free plan: text chat, memory, voice messages and standard photos, subject to the usage limit in the terms. Unused credits and Stars expire and are not refunded, even if you subscribe again later, so spend them before the renewal date.

Cancelling does not delete your characters or chats. They stay on the free account until you delete them, either one AI partner at a time with its chat history or the whole account. See our page on what GoLove AI's free plan includes for what you keep.

How to delete your GoLove AI account

Cancel the subscription first. Then open Account Settings, choose Delete Account, give a reason if you want and confirm. The warning says the action is permanent and all data will be deleted.

The privacy policy says data is usually kept for 6 years after an account is closed, so deletion removes your access sooner than it removes GoLove's records. For a data request, write to compliance@golove.ai. If a GoLove charge looks unfamiliar

GoLove says its charges do not show as an adult transaction, but it does not publish the statement name, so a charge can be hard to spot. Search your email for a GoLove receipt, check whether a paid trial has just renewed at the full price, and check your PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay history if you used one of those.

If the charge is yours, contact support@golove.ai within 24 hours for the best chance of a refund. A chargeback also works but ends the subscription and removes your credits immediately.
