GoLove AI pricing and how Premium works

GoLove's paid plan is called Pro on its price list and Premium on its homepage. Pro costs $19.99 month to month or $9.99 a month on the yearly plan, billed as $119.88 at once. The Premium button carries a 70% welcome discount for new accounts, and GoLove also sells short paid Pro trials that renew at $19.99 a month unless you cancel. Check the price the plan renews at on the checkout screen before you pay.

GoLove's terms of service explain how paying works:

• Plan types. Recurring subscriptions, for example monthly or annual, or one-time purchases that do not renew.
• Payment methods. Credit card, Pay by Bank, PayPal, other local methods and cryptocurrency.
• What you get. Unrestricted messaging, a credit allowance you spend on extras such as image generation, or both.
• Credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not carry over, even if you subscribe again later.
• Plan changes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is GoLove AI free? The free plan in detail

GoLove is one of the few apps that leads with its free plan. The homepage answers "Is GoLove AI really free?" with a yes: sign-up, regular text chat, memory, voice messages and standard photos cost nothing. It compares its free tier's unlimited daily messages with the 5 to 20 a day it says typical paid apps allow.

Two caveats. First, section 9 of the terms says that when you reach a usage limit, with 10 messages given as the example, you are redirected to the payment page. The homepage and the terms do not agree, so expect the free allowance to be tested in practice. Second, HD pictures, advanced visuals and unlimited image generation are Premium features, so free photos are the standard version.

Photos, video and Live mode

GoLove's generator makes realistic and anime images and short videos, and it advertises 4K output under a "Spicy 4K" label. A separate tool transforms an existing video into a new AI-made scene. Standard photos inside the chat are free; HD content and unlimited images are part of Premium.

A few selected characters also support Live mode: face-to-face video sessions where the character reacts in real time. Voice: messages, not calls

Voice messages are free on GoLove, and the site says each character speaks in a voice that matches her personality rather than generic text-to-speech. There is no live voice call. Our data marks voice messages as yes and voice calls as no, with Live mode on selected characters as the nearest thing to real-time contact. Characters, memory and customization

You choose from more than 350 ready-made characters, each with her own backstory, voice, hobbies and texting style. GoLove says every conversation feeds permanent memory, so she keeps your name, your inside jokes and the storyline you started last week.

The full custom creator is not live yet. The homepage says it "rolls out in the coming weeks" and will let you set face, hair, body type, age, voice, accent, hobbies and temperament. Who runs GoLove AI, privacy, canceling and refunds

GoLove AI is owned and operated by 404 Intelligence LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus with an office in Nicosia (organization number HE 466237), according to its terms and footer.

On privacy, the FAQ claims every chat uses end-to-end encryption, that private chats are not stored on internal servers, and that you can delete a character along with her full history in one tap. The terms add that a content moderation filter checks chats and that staff may review flagged content, and they tell you not to share financial details, addresses or passwords. Read both before sharing anything personal.

To cancel, open Settings in your account and use the Unsubscribe option; your plan dates sit in the My Profile section under Settings. Premium stays active until the paid period ends, then you drop to the free version and unused credits expire. The refund window is short: you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of paying, only for card purchases, and the request is refused if the account has used more than 20 credits. Who GoLove AI is for

GoLove suits you if you want to chat, get voice notes and receive photos without paying, and you are happy choosing from ready-made characters. It suits heavy picture use less well, since unlimited images need the paid plan, and its character builder is not live yet, so it is not for anyone who wants to design a companion from scratch. If you do pay, spend your credits before the period ends and cancel early if you are unsure. Lovescape is the closer match if you want a story generator and longer video clips.
