Is GoLove AI safe? The company, privacy claims and billing facts

Who runs GoLove AI

GoLove AI is owned by 404 Intelligence LTD, registered in Cyprus under number HE 466237, with an office at Polyviou Dimitrakopoulou 3, Anelli Court, Office 201, Nicosia. Its terms are governed by Cyprus law. Support is at support@golove.ai, privacy requests go to compliance@golove.ai, and it runs communities on Discord and Telegram.

A named company with a registration number and a separate compliance contact is a good sign. GoLove also draws heavy traffic for this category: about 7.2 million visits in August 2026, according to Similarweb. It is not a fly-by-night site.

Billing and what shows on your statement

GoLove's premium page and checkout say "No adult transaction in your bank statement", and its FAQ says billing is discreet. It does not publish the statement name itself, so you cannot check in advance exactly what will appear. The premium page says payments are protected by Visa Secure and ID Check.

You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto, Pay by Bank or UPI in India. The main billing risk is the paid Pro trial, which renews at the full $19.99 a month if you forget to cancel. Privacy: the encryption claim vs the moderation filter

This is the part to read carefully. GoLove's homepage says every chat uses end-to-end encryption and that private chats are not stored on its internal servers. Its terms and Blocked Content Policy describe something different: a moderation filter built on a large language model that scans chats and flags content for manual review by staff. Both cannot be fully true, so assume a person could read a flagged conversation.

The privacy policy says data is shared with service providers, professional advisers, authorities where required, and employees, and is not sold or traded to third parties without consent. You must opt in before your data is shared for third-party marketing. The policy does not say whether your chats train its AI models. Deleting your account, and what GoLove keeps

You can delete your account from Account Settings with Delete Account, adding a reason if you want. The warning says the action is permanent and all data will be deleted. The homepage also advertises a one-tap delete for a single AI partner and its full chat history.

The privacy policy is less final. It says data is kept while your account exists and usually for 6 years after the account is closed. Age checks, content rules and fake apps

GoLove is for adults only. The entry gate is a click-through "I'm over 18" button, its underage policy describes age confirmation at registration, and to view adult content it asks for an account plus an age check through Go.cam where local law requires it. The Blocked Content Policy bans illegal content, hate speech, content involving or resembling minors, and impersonation of real people or celebrities, and breaking it can mean suspension.

GoLove has no official App Store or Google Play app. A Google Play listing called "Golove: Ai Connect App Help" comes from an unrelated developer, so do not enter your GoLove login there. Use the website and add it to your home screen instead.

Reported problems and how to use GoLove safely

We found no published report of a data breach, fine or regulator action involving GoLove AI when we checked in September 2026. The problems on record are its own contradictions: the free-message promise vs the terms, and the encryption claim vs the moderation filter.

• Keep your full name, address, workplace and photos of real people out of chats.
• Assume chats can be reviewed and stored for up to 6 years after you leave.
• Cancel a paid trial in the first month if you do not want the full price.
• Only use the website, not look-alike store apps.
