How to cancel your Talkie+ subscription

Cancel Talkie+ step by step

1. Open Profile, then Subscription
2. Web subscribers use Manage Billing; app subscribers are told to manage the subscription in the app store
3. Cancel before the renewal date; you drop to Free Use when the paid period ends

If you pay through Apple: Cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions before renewal; no refund for a partial month.

If you pay through Google Play: Cancel in Google Play subscriptions before renewal; no refund for a partial month.

Not sure where you subscribed? Look for the receipt: Apple and Google send their own, while a web subscription shows invoices under Manage Billing on talkie-ai.com. Deleting the app does not cancel Talkie+.

Can you get a Talkie refund?

Usually not. Talkie's terms say all fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent the law allows, with no refund for a partial month (terms of service). Its FAQ says gem recharges are generally non-refundable except for system errors or duplicate transactions, which customer service handles (Talkie FAQ).

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: request it from your order history.
• Web: contact Talkie customer service with the invoice for a duplicate or failed charge.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Talkie+ until the end of the period you paid for, then drop to the free plan with ads, the energy meter and daily limits. Cancelling does not delete the account, so your characters and chats remain. Talkie does not say what happens to daily gems after Talkie+ ends, so spend any you have before the period runs out.

Deleting your Talkie account

Use the Delete Account link in the website footer (talkie-ai.com/delete) or your account settings. Deactivation permanently deletes your personal data and all conversations; characters you made stay public with the creator shown as "Null". If you want a copy first, request a data export. Cancel any app store subscription before deleting, or the store may keep billing you. Our account deletion guide covers what to check afterward.

If a charge looks unfamiliar

Check your Apple and Google subscription lists, then the invoices under Manage Billing on the website. A first-year offer that renews at a higher price can also cause a surprise charge.
