Selira sells five paid tiers, each on monthly, 3-month or 12-month billing, with sale discounts shown on the page. Our price check puts Lite, the cheapest, at $3.60 a month on a 12-month plan and $7.99 month to month. All paid tiers include unlimited chat, unlimited companions and its video feed; they differ in credits and memory.

The terms add that 3-month and 12-month plans are one-time payments with no recurring charge, and that credits are available as soon as you buy. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Cards are processed by Finby and crypto by Boomfi, and all prices are in US dollars.

Is Selira AI free?

Yes, and more than most. The free plan includes unlimited 18+ text chat with every companion, 2 custom companions of your own and access to both realistic and anime characters. The limits are that chat history is kept for only 3 days and the plan includes no monthly image or video credits. The about page says free users can claim one free credit a day, and an Earn Credits page offers more through tasks.

Credits: what pictures and video cost

Pictures and video run on credits. Subscriptions add credits every month; starter packs of 50, 100, 250 and 500 credits (with larger packs above that) are one-off purchases whose credits never expire. When you have both, monthly credits are used first.

How far credits go depends on which page you read. The pricing page estimates one credit per image and 5 to 10 credits per video. The terms say 2 credits per image and 10 per video. If the terms are right, Lite's 75 credits buy about 37 images or 7 videos a month. Budget on the terms' figures to be safe.

Images come in realistic and anime styles, and the homepage describes face-consistent generation that keeps a companion's face the same across pictures. Chat, memory and group chats

Selira describes its memory as an extracted system: important details from your chats, such as your name, preferences, shared moments and mood, are stored and tagged by category so later replies can use them. It also offers a ChatGPT memory import: you paste a prompt into ChatGPT and copy the answer back so your companions start with background about you. Group chats are a newer feature, listed in the main menu. The companion library has realistic and anime AI girlfriends, plus male companions, and you can make a companion private so it does not appear in public search.

Is Selira AI safe and legit?

Selira AI is operated by Sria Digital B.V., a Dutch company with Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42008045 and a Dutch VAT number, at Fladderiepvliet 3 in Utrecht. The privacy policy names it as the data controller, the contact page lists a Dutch phone number, and the terms are governed by Dutch law with the courts of Utrecht.

The about page makes strong privacy claims: 256-bit encryption on all conversations, hosting on EU servers, no selling of data, no sharing of conversations with AI training companies, and account deletion from your profile that removes all your data. It also says the company never reads, stores or analyzes private conversations, which is hard to square with a memory system that stores details from your chats, so treat that line with care.

Moderation is described in detail: messages pass pattern checks and AI moderation before reaching the model, characters are all AI-generated, and users cannot upload images. How to cancel Selira AI and ask for a refund

Cancel from your profile page under subscription settings. Paid access continues to the end of the billing period, and then the account returns to the free plan with its unlimited chat. The terms also let you cancel by email.

Refunds are limited. The terms say paid fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, and that some requests are considered case by case. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, by email or phone, and are reviewed within 48 hours, with approved refunds paid back to the original method in 5 to 10 business days. Partial refunds may be given for unused parts of a subscription. Credit packs that have been partly or fully used, periods in which you actively used the service, and purchases over 14 days old are not refunded.
